It saves me from having to run around to all the different terminal wesbites for updates. I even pull the customs and freight hold reports to share with my forwarder seamlessly. **What do you dislike about Terminal 49?** The price was a bit scary at first, but it's easily ammortized with higher volumes. We only wind up paying about $3/container so it's a no-brainer. Well worth this investment. The only feature I would to see added is to be able to pay port/terminal fee's directly from the platform as well. **What problems is Terminal 49 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps save me time from having to constantly check all of the different terminal websites.
