I love how they are willing to share their knowledge freely as "part of the package." In billing, they are always fair, flexible, and reasonable. They are more responsive than other consultants we have tried in the past. They work hard to ensure we are happy with the solution, or (sometimes) that we understand the system constraints as thoroughly as possible.
