the automazied user process - no manually work to do for user creation in the AD, e-mail address generation, generate username, assign default permissions, based on the department or employment type of a user.

The e-mail notification plugin in also really in used in our environment and we were able to reduce the manual work of our HR colleagues to inform different departments about new joiner and leaver.

Since we currently have a high turnover among our interns and trainees, we need to create relatively many new accounts and deactivate or delete old accounts for an SME (about 170 employees).
