## tenfold Reviews
  ### 1. Our key to efficient user lifecycle management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas A. | IT System Manager Infrastructure, Computer & Network Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I like Tenfold because it does exactly what you want. We use Tenfold for the complete user lifecycle, which enables a correct onboarding and offboarding process. It makes managing permissions on company resources and personal processes easier for all of us. I definitely recommend Tenfold to colleagues in the IT industry because it simplifies so many processes and can autonomously handle many tasks through profiles, such as setting permissions for a specific period.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The permissions for the roles sometimes seem very complicated and incomprehensible. I would also prefer to see the infrastructure on different containers rather than on a Windows Server.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tenfold significantly simplifies the management of permissions and personal processes by enabling correct onboarding and offboarding processes and effectively managing our user lifecycle.

  ### 2. Efficient User & Permission Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I find it very positive that in Tenfold, a lot can be managed directly through the GUI with no-code. This allows it to be used effortlessly by the entire IT team and configured by the responsible persons. This helps us to map processes in Tenfold. As a result, we can build the perfect system in collaboration with the various departments. The setup itself was simple and understandable, and the support is available with its expertise.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

I really miss the fact that currently no computer accounts can be managed via Tenfold. Furthermore, I find it unfortunate that dynamic forms are not currently possible. Only static forms are available for the person fields, which unfortunately does not allow for more complex processes through forms.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Tenfold, we avoid incorrect access rights for new or changing employees. The GUI allows for straightforward management without code, which facilitates team collaboration. Unfortunately, management of computer accounts and dynamic forms for more complex processes are missing.

  ### 3. Tenfold significantly shortens user setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

Since we currently have a high turnover among our interns and trainees in the company, we need to create relatively many new accounts and deactivate or delete old accounts for an SME (about 170 employees). With Tenfold, we have been able to drastically reduce the time required for this (saving about 20-30 minutes per user). Managing Exchange accounts and assigning rights to individual folders is also very easy with Tenfold, which was one of the main reasons for choosing Tenfold over 5 years ago. The operation of Tenfold is intuitive and simple in many areas. Tenfold is used in our company every day. Customer support via PremSecure is fast, efficient, and always goal-oriented.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Sometimes Tenfold is a bit sluggish, and the page loads slowly, especially in the Exchange area and with drive permissions. However, from my perspective, this is bearable since nothing time-critical is being handled.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The management of our Exchange accounts is a very big issue in our company, as we have many executive-secretary relationships. Unfortunately, at the moment there is no way to access the new Exchange permission structure (Graph API). This is unfortunately an issue that we still have to solve manually, especially in the area of calendar permissions.

  ### 4. Comprehensive IAM tool, initially overwhelming

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I really appreciate the recertification of Teams and SharePoint/OneDrive shares in Tenfold, as it is truly helpful in everyday life. It gives me a much better overview of my shares. The event view on the domain controller is also great, as it consolidates all relevant information that helps an administrator with troubleshooting. Overall, these features make many things easier.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

It might seem very overwhelming at first, as an IAM is not yet a standard. In fact, Tenfold is a very nice and clear tool, but it's really difficult to handle without help. Especially when setting up the entire infrastructure, from creating a user to setting up, a consultant should definitely be on hand.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use tenfold for automatic user account creation, rights distribution, and lifecycle management. It facilitates the checking of AD accounts and simplifies the recertification of permissions, which gives us a better overview.

  ### 5. Efficient permission management with room for improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dirk S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I primarily use tenfold for managing and assigning permissions in our IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, group structures, file servers, and Exchange. I appreciate the clear structure and ease of use, which make permissions easily traceable and organized. The simple operation saves time and reduces errors when granting access. With the support of aikux and the tenfold team, the initial setup was very easy and quickly implemented.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

I see a need for improvement primarily in the update process, as the individual modules still need to be updated separately. A centralized and automated update mechanism would further reduce the effort. The configuration of on-premise mailboxes could be simpler and better integrated.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tenfold solves the challenge for us of managing permissions in a structured, traceable, and efficient manner. It reduces administrative effort and ensures greater transparency in the allocation of access rights in our IT infrastructure.

  ### 6. User-friendly and Efficient with Smaller Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah S. | Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I love the ease with which one can navigate through Tenfold. It allows someone who needs permission for, for example, a VM, to easily request it through the Self Service, without anyone having to manually assign the group in the AD. The Setup Wizard also makes the setup relatively simple.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

I have already had some problems when I had different tabs of Tenfold open. The program sometimes overwrites the person I last queried when I saved something.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tenfold to manage AD accounts and file server permissions. It solves the problem that not every user needs access to the AD, as groups can be assigned directly through Tenfold. With the self-service, permissions can be easily requested.

  ### 7. Efficient permission management with potential for improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leandro K. | Information Technology System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I find the logging and overview of accounts and rights in tenfold very helpful. It helps me keep track of forgotten accounts quickly and ensure that no orphaned rights remain. I also find the functions of tenfold, which I use for permission management in various customer environments, useful. The recertification of file server permissions also makes my work easier. Additionally, I find the initial setup of tenfold to be simple.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Many improvements are already considered in the roadmap. I find the design and overview good but capable of expansion.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tenfold to simplify the recertification of file server permissions and to manage accounts and rights that are quickly forgotten. This way, I have everything in view and no more orphaned rights.

  ### 8. Top UI, fast integration, and strong customizability – Tenfold convinces

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

The user interface looks very good, the integration into the company is completed quite quickly, and Tenfold is very adaptable. Price/performance is top-notch. The support is also fast.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The complexity is quite high at the beginning, but you quickly get used to it and find your way around better after a short time.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The authorization management is very well implemented. This saves time and nerves because many things can be done faster and more easily.

  ### 9. Versatile and efficient: Tenfold simplifies user creation and AD synchronization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

What I like most about Tenfold is the versatility of the tool. You simply have many options to implement things and can try different approaches depending on the need. In our company, I can quickly create users with it and don't have to go to individual departments to implement it. The synchronization with other tools like AD works wonderfully.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Despite the many possibilities one has, it is such with us that we still have to refine many things with support or have them specially made for us.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major issue was the onboarding process; there were far too many places where something had to be edited, and now it works seamlessly with Tenfold.

  ### 10. Automated identity management that optimizes user access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

An automated identity management supports us in managing and tracking user access rights and drastically reduces the workload for our IT department. Thanks to the graphical user interface (GUI), the corresponding menus are very easy to find and manage. The multitude of plugins facilitates the integration of many of our other systems. Speaking of which: The processing speed of these plugins and the associated processes is also very high, allowing for frequent changes and tests. Considering the entire feature package, Tenfold offers an excellent price-performance ratio. This also includes a great support team that works as quickly as possible to resolve issues or provide advisory assistance. The current AI features still leave something to be desired; however, the roadmap promises a lot of potential in the area of AI – I am really looking forward to that.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

There are numerous functions missing that should actually be standard, but their implementation through the "Feature Request" system takes far too long.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tenfold helps to keep the time and effort required for user and rights management low. This allows our administrators to focus on other things and drive innovation.

  ### 11. Automation of IAM and onboarding with challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonas W. | Kaufmann für IT-System Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I appreciate the ability to implement specific requirements through Goovey to further automate processes. The automatic assignment of roles and permissions is also very helpful. Additionally, tenfold offers great value by mapping personal data from the import and implementing automated employee abbreviations and phone number assignments, although the initial setup was quite complicated.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The control and scheduling of requests is not very good. Initially, the setup was complicated and time-consuming because all roles and permissions had to be defined.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use tenfold for automating onboarding and offboarding. It simplifies the automatic assignment of roles and permissions. I can implement specific requirements and further automate processes, which provides significant added value.

  ### 12. Effective IAM but with a need for automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thorsten K. | IT-Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I find tenfold particularly useful because of its simplicity. Additionally, I appreciate the synchronization of the systems, as SAP, Entra, Exchange, and file servers can be managed synchronously.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

I find that more automation would be desirable. The scripts are not intuitive and there is no debugging. BPMN is not developed enough for workflow requirements, and it is limited and sometimes very complicated. The scripts cannot be tested in the process. The integration is very complicated and the documentation is not sufficient.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tenfold offers comprehensive IAM to meet compliance requirements, solves issues with recertification, rights assignment, and profile management, and facilitates software distribution. It effectively synchronizes systems like SAP and Exchange Fileserver, promoting simplicity and efficiency.

  ### 13. Significantly Improved File Server Management with Small Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thiemo F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I like the clear and simple web interface of Tenfold and the clear user guidance. The Audition module is particularly helpful, as we can use it to check permissions and it has greatly assisted us with the ISO 27001 certification.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Yes, communication with the agents unfortunately sometimes does not work so well, as there are problems within the firewall with the SOAP calls. This led to major problems for us, especially at the beginning of the introduction. Additionally, the tiering in Tenfold could still be improved.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tenfold has massively accelerated the long processing times for granting permissions and reduced the workload in customer service.

  ### 14. Flexible and powerful IAM tool with great automation potential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markus B. | System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

The best thing about tenfold is the wide range of functions available and the quick, uncomplicated integration of many important systems. In particular, the automation of authorisation management, simple onboarding/offboarding and self-service for user rights save time and reduce sources of error.

The focus is on intuitive operation and a no-code approach: workflows and interfaces can be configured with just a few clicks – without any complex scripts.
tenfold ensures reliable and secure management of authorisations and access rights, thereby noticeably improving compliance and security within the company.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

What bothers me about tenfold is the relatively large amount of training required at the beginning, which is due to the many possibilities it offers. The initial setup and understanding of all the connections and modules takes some time until everything is firmly in place.

Some menu items are not immediately intuitive, which means a certain learning curve, especially for new users.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tenfold primarily solves the challenges surrounding automation and transparency in authorisation management. Self-service and automated workflows greatly simplify on/off and mover processes as well as authorisation requests. This significantly reduces the workload for the IT department and allows employees to obtain their access rights more quickly and efficiently.

Through regular recertification, tenfold ensures that access rights are continuously reviewed and adjusted. This minimises ‘privilege creep’ and increases security in the long term, as permissions accumulated over the years can be specifically removed. The latest enhancements in the Microsoft 365 environment are particularly valuable: shares in OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams can be recertified and better controlled. This reduces shadow IT and improves compliance.

  ### 15. Automation Specialist with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. I. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I use tenfold for the automation of onboarding and offboarding processes as well as for identity and access management. It helps me solve manual tasks and improve recertification. I particularly like the possibilities that tenfold offers, as well as the lifecycle features and automatic assignments. These relieve us of work and enable better monitoring of our system.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Many things need to be solved using code snippets in Groovy, and errors occur frequently. Also, the recertification of successors is currently not automatable, which is very inconvenient.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tenfold automates manual tasks and facilitates recertification. It automates onboarding and offboarding as well as IAM processes, and enables better system monitoring through lifecycle management and automatic assignments.

  ### 16. Efficient IAM solution with easy setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dietmar H. | Referent für Cloud and Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I appreciate the uncomplicated setup and the No Code approach of Tenfold. The integration into our corporate environment was very easy. Additionally, the No Code approach makes it very easy to adapt the system to our own ideas without relying on extensive programming knowledge.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

We had problems with the integration into Jira Service Management. Additionally, I imagined the integration of the case services to be somewhat simpler.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Tenfold, we were able to automate many processes while simultaneously increasing security for identities.

  ### 17. Tenfold Streamlines User Provisioning and Audits with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maximilian N. | Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

What I like best about Tenfold is how much it simplifies user provisioning and access management. Creating and managing users is fast, structured, and far less error-prone. The import plugin automates much of the onboarding process, saving valuable time. The recertification workflow is especially strong, providing clear visibility and making audits significantly easier and more reliable.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The only downside is that some scanning processes can take quite a bit of time, especially if you have a large SharePoint environment.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It supports onboarding, offboarding, and rights management. In addition, it provisions mail inboxes in a hybrid Exchange environment. Saves a lot of time

  ### 18. Enorm powerful IAM solution without code

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick H. | Leiter IT-Service und Verkauf, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I find that tenfold is an extremely simple no-code IAM solution that is easy to migrate and easy to extend. The product management is very quick when something doesn't work out of the box, and allows the development to incorporate the issues into the system after review. Furthermore, I appreciate the enormous automation capability, which allows us to bypass manual processes and eliminate or at least significantly reduce the human error factor.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Sometimes I miss search functions and sometimes I wish for faster export options to other systems.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tenfold helps to avoid manual processes and to eliminate or significantly reduce the human error factor through enormous automation capabilities.

  ### 19. Efficient IAM solution with simple setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I like the user interface of Tenfold. I really like the plugins because they are easy to set up. For example, we use them for a Jira integration to directly assign rights in the system. The initial setup went very well thanks to the wizard.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

We need to work even harder on the workflows, and the user interface for the users/self-service could still be improved.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tenfold to quickly create and assign roles, and the self-service simplifies the process. The plugins are easy to set up and allow us to directly assign rights in the system, e.g., for a Jira integration.

  ### 20. Efficient automation despite insufficient documentation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher H. | IT-Sicherheitsadministrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I like tenfold's openness regarding the independent creation of extensions. We use many PowerShell scripts to map the provisioning of various resources, which greatly helps in automating and reducing daily support tasks. The basic technical introduction was quick and easy with the support of our partner.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The documentation is careless in some places. I would particularly like more documentation on EXECs and the available Groovy modules regarding extensibility.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use tenfold for the technical mapping of business processes and audits. The openness for extensions with PowerShell scripts helps in automating and reducing support tasks.

  ### 21. Efficient IAM with Stable Self-Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I appreciate that tenfold is very stable and especially the self-service aspect, which takes work off the IT department and gives responsibility to the specialist departments. It is very easy to set up, and within a few days we were able to build a functional framework. Additionally, tenfold takes away a lot of manual work.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The OIDC connection is currently only possible for one M365 tenant, which only allows a portion of our users to log in to Tenfold with Single Sign-On.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tenfold reduces a lot of manual work, is very stable, and the self-service aspect relieves the IT department by transferring responsibility to the specialist departments.

  ### 22. Easy Setup and a Complete Overview of Your M365 Admin Centers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

Its easy to setup and provides a complete pverview of your M365 World and helps to manage all the Admin centers. Its fairly Priced, and the Onboarding via a Partner went Smoothly. When we ran into Problems they where also quickly solved

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Nothingmuch, it can be a bit tricky to get all the Synchronisation up and running.
Sometimes its hard to understand where Tenfold get the Values from

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping us automate our Permission Distribution and combines all Admin-Centerin one simple overlay. Also it helps us keep Track of changes on users.

  ### 23. Simple management and scalability, but performance challenges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I like the ease of use of Tenfold and that the system is very scalable. Especially with a large company of 18,000 employees, many rights tasks can be automated, which helps us a lot.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The only thing I can say at the moment is partly the performance. Although it is more based on our infrastructure.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Tenfold, I can ensure that each user only receives the necessary rights. The system is easy to use and scalable, which is particularly helpful given our 18,000 employees and many rights tasks, as we are gradually automating them.

  ### 24. Efficient permission management with small challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I like the search function because it clearly saves time when reviewing users and their profile roles as well as permissions. Assigning permissions in profiles is simple and clear within the user departments. The export function is great, especially for audits or to obtain a permissions overview for setting up data owners.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Synchronization with the AD. Info/Documentation/Training for correct setup

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use tenfold to centralize user permissions and management in a tiered AD. The search function saves time with user overviews, permissions can be easily assigned, and exports are helpful for audits.

  ### 25. Intuitive support, improvable UX

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick . | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I really like the support and intuitiveness of Tenfold. Additionally, there are few bugs, and I really like the request concept. With the support from Tenfold and Bechtle, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The clarity in the UI and the UX could be improved. When a request is created and you forget to save, you do not receive a warning when switching the window in the browser that there are unsaved requests.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tenfold to manage JML processes and audits, thereby relieving the IT department.

  ### 26. Best product in our own evaluation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** René S. | IT Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

The implementation is easy. I also like the joiner/mover/leaver process, the workflows, and how straightforward it is to set up recertification.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

I see no disadvantages. One should just be a bit careful when integrating personnel management systems and proceed carefully.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missing responsibilities: A clear definition of the Data Owner is needed.

  ### 27. Simple operation and quick updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cedric R. | IT Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I use Tenfold as an IAM system and appreciate its ease of use, which offers a clear permissions overview and an effective JML process. I am also impressed by the quick installation of updates, which is very easy and straightforward for everyone thanks to the agent. The initial setup of Tenfold was quick and easy, as we received all the necessary information in advance and were thus able to provide the accounts by the installation date.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

For special requirements, it may take time to find a solution.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use tenfold for the JML process and a clear permissions overview.

  ### 28. User-friendly and effective, perfect for large companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I like that with Tenfold we can structure everything uniformly, especially with the graphical tiles, which makes it very user-friendly. Additionally, I appreciate the central solution we have with it. We can manage users very well, and the whole thing at a calm level relaxes us there.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Everything is good. I am satisfied.

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I like that tenfold runs very reliably. The support is very strong, fast, and helpful with tips. I also appreciate the high flexibility of the tool, and once you understand how to handle it, it is very easy to use. I also find it advantageous that automations are possible and paperwork has been replaced as a result.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

More plugins for third-party systems. Workshops for APIs.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathalie G. | IT Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

the automazied user process - no manually work to do for user creation in the AD, e-mail address generation, generate username, assign default permissions, based on the department or employment type of a user.
The e-mail notification plugin in also really in used in our environment and we were able to reduce the manual work of our HR colleagues to inform different departments about new joiner and leaver.

Recertification is a great benefit too.

And also, the support team is very kind and interested in resolving any kind of issue fast.

Most modules are very easy to understand, and the documentation is also very detailed!

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The update time - it takes about an hour for us to update tenfold - at the beginning it was not longer than 30 minutes.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the amount of manual work that comes with a new joiner in our company or also with a new leaver - we were able to automaize a lot of processes through tenfold. This allows us to also handle new joiner on short notice! This is really a relief for us and also our colleagues from other departments appreciate it!

  ### 34. In many parts self-explanatory and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markus R. | Senior Spezialist IT-Systemadministration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

The software is self-explanatory in many parts.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

A search in the AD plugin under organizational units would sometimes be helpful when looking for specific field rules.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Password resets in systems where the service desk should/may not have access.

  ### 35. Tenfold: Excellent permission management with data owner management and recertification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

Tenfold makes the management of permissions excellent. By managing data owners, a lot of work is eliminated for IT. And the recertification rounds it all off.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

So we use it in the company, unfortunately not completely. But I actually don't dislike anything! So no negative experiences.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of file server permissions. Meanwhile, also other permissions including recertification which are required in our company.

  ### 36. Evaluation of the Introduction of Tenfold with Bechtle Systemhaus Austria

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

What I like most about Tenfold is the combination of transparency and automation in rights management. Particularly noteworthy is the recertification function, which allows permissions to be regularly and traceably reviewed – without any manual effort. This not only ensures greater security but also clear accountability throughout the entire authorization process.

The rights-based management through roles and groups is intuitive and allows for quick adjustments in case of organizational changes. This way, IT remains compliant and efficient at all times.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

What I like less about Tenfold is the lack of ability to manage Microsoft 365 guests. Especially in modern, collaborative work environments where external partners and service providers are regularly involved, a central and transparent control of guest permissions is essential. The fact that Tenfold currently does not support this function represents a gap - both in terms of security and compliance.

An expansion in this area would significantly round off the range of functions and make the platform even more attractive for hybrid organizations.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What is a problem that Tenfold solves – and how do you benefit from it?

A central problem that Tenfold effectively solves is the complex and often non-transparent management of permissions in heterogeneous IT environments. In many organizations, there is a lack of clear oversight regarding who has access to which systems and data at any given time – which not only poses security risks but also endangers compliance requirements.

Tenfold provides a remedy here through centralized, automated, and traceable management of user rights. Thanks to role-based assignment, self-service functions, and regular recertifications, we benefit from:

Increased IT security by minimizing unnecessary or outdated permissions
Time savings for IT and business departments through automated processes
Transparency and traceability for audits and internal controls
Quick response to organizational changes through dynamic role models
In short: Tenfold brings order, efficiency, and security to permission management – and this is noticeably felt in daily operations.

  ### 37. Versatile and secure, however, improvements needed in data import

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I greatly appreciate the diversity of the Tenfold system. I especially like the many different plug-ins it offers.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Importing existing data does not work very well. It would be helpful to integrate additional features and develop new import functions. For example, one should be able to create a profile directly from a permission image from the AD via import.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use tenfold for automation, security, and certification like TISAX.

  ### 38. Simple and comprehensive IAM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

Simple operation via NO- or LOW-Code. Easy and quick to integrate. Faster added value from the start through ready-made plugins.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

So far, there are no major disadvantages / negative points.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee data was manually transferred between HR and IT via email, which was cumbersome and very error-prone. With tenfold, this is now possible to automate. Permissions were not visible, we can now see what was done and clean it up.

  ### 39. PowerShell in tenfold + a Clear, Intuitive GUI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert F. | Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I like the possibility to use powershell in tenfold. The clear gui

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Rest api has gaps with permissions for the dataowner

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get clearity with our permissions

  ### 40. Extremely adaptable and relieves IT through self-service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jan S. | IT-System Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

Tenfold is a highly modular system that can be individually adapted to complex corporate structures. We were able to map our entire user lifecycle process with Tenfold based on our global structure. Additionally, we were able to actually relieve the IT department through a lot of self-service, for example for managers.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The onboarding and implementation take a lot of time and discussion with various departments. However, the support is easily accessible through your own ticket system and provides quick assistance.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company continues to grow and has gained many administrators. A unified infrastructure and standardized processes are now essential, not only because of audits but also for manageability. With Tenfold, this is clearly regulated and technically flawlessly implemented.

  ### 41. Very good user-friendly IAM solution with self-service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

Tenfold is a very good user-friendly IAM solution with self-service!

Working with the application is a lot of fun. The longer you work with the application, the more ideas you get for integrating new workflows into Tenfold to make end users’ daily work easier and to speed up the assignment of permissions.

I have already worked with several IAM tools, but in my opinion, Tenfold provides the best and most user-friendly IAM solution, featuring integrated self-service and a wide range of interfaces.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The longer you work with tenfold, the more you realize that there are still areas where it could be improved. Often, it is just small configuration options that are missing to better tailor Tenfold to a company’s specific needs. However, you can submit feature requests and if several customers make similar requests, Tenfold provides new features and improvements at no additional cost.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, onboarding sometimes took several weeks before a user received all the necessary access rights. Permissions or accounts were often forgotten. With Tenfold, onboarding is sometimes completed on the same day. Thanks to the created profiles, no permissions are forgotten anymore.

  ### 42. Effortless Setup, Outstanding UX

I use Tenfold for provisioning file rights, and I like its UX and low code features for fast implementation.

  ### 43. Tenfold: Easy and straightforward to administer – ideal for small IT teams

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | Teamleiter IT-Systembetrieb, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

Especially for smaller IT departments, Tenfold can be administered easily and straightforwardly.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The recertification of profiles is not available.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I am not aware of any.

  ### 44. Powerful IAM - Easy to Integrate, Highly Configurable, and Transparent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jovan R. | Technical Consultant Identity and Access Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

What I value most about tenfold is how quickly the solution can be set up and brought live. Compared to many other IAM systems, which often require months of preparation and implementation before going productive, tenfold stands out with its fast and smooth rollout. This makes it possible to deliver value to the business in a fraction of the time.

The platform is very user-friendly and intuitive, even for people without deep technical knowledge, while still providing a broad spectrum of configuration options to cover more complex use cases. Another key strength is the full transparency it offers – at any time, it is easy to see who made which changes to permissions, which ensures security and compliance.

In addition, tenfold comes with a wide variety of ready-to-use plugins from the vendor, allowing seamless integration with many different target systems out of the box. This significantly reduces implementation effort and ensures that the system can quickly adapt to existing IT environments.

The customer support team deserves special mention for their fast response times and their solution-oriented approach to resolving issues.

Overall, tenfold is a powerful yet easy-to-use IAM solution that combines speed, flexibility, and transparency. It clearly differentiates itself from traditional IAM platforms that are often complex, slow to deploy, and less accessible for business users.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

In rare cases, very specific customer requirements may require temporary workarounds. However, these are usually addressed quickly by the vendor through feature requests – provided they make sense and add value.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before tenfold, it was often unclear who had which permissions across systems, automation was very limited, and not all changes were properly documented. Tenfold provides full visibility into access requests and changes, ensuring transparency and compliance. Every modification is logged and easily auditable, reducing risk and administrative effort. Additionally, increased automation streamlines workflows, making permission management more efficient and reliable for organizations.

  ### 45. Comprehensive IAM solution with outstanding support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas H.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

I appreciate the automation capabilities of Tenfold, which significantly simplify processes such as user onboarding and offboarding, save time for IT administrators, and prevent errors. The integration with a variety of systems, such as Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and others, works seamlessly and covers important functions like file server and AD permissions. I am particularly impressed by the cloud functionality, especially EntraID/Teams, which is becoming increasingly important for many companies. The continuous development of the software and the great support are also noteworthy and give me the confidence to continue recommending and using Tenfold myself.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

The license verification with Tenfold is somewhat opaque. It is time-consuming to define license exceptions, and it is not always clear to the customer which users exactly need to be licensed.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tenfold to automate processes such as user onboarding and offboarding, which saves IT administrators a lot of time and prevents errors. The seamless integration with various systems and continuous development make it an extremely useful tool for companies.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

License auditing is now relatively complex.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use tenfold for a comprehensive IAM solution that also includes third-party providers. It stands out in the market due to its easy implementation, design, and third-party integration with a GUI-based interface.

  ### 47. Intuitive interface and excellent support

I like the many pre-built workflows and connectors from Tenfold, which allow for easy implementation. It is simple to set up once all prerequisites in AD & EntraID have been established.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Partner support/access could be improved. Easier access to NFR licenses would be desirable.

Tenfold solves regulatory requirements for customers through automation. The pre-built workflows and connectors enable easy implementation.

  ### 49. Automated IAM with Simple Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Scripts and BPMN

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use tenfold to perform manual tasks fully automatically and audited.

  ### 50. Fully automatic provisioning and intuitive operation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc V. | IT-Infrastruktur, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about tenfold?**

The fully automated provisioning of rights and resources. The usability is simple and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about tenfold?**

Unfortunately, there are still no mass updates for profiles to date. It would be nice if that could be implemented. If a change to multiple profiles is required, it is a manual effort that could be made easier through mass changes.

**What problems is tenfold solving and how is that benefiting you?**
