**What do you like best about Tendril Connect?**

The Tendril ecosystem is something I have not been able to find anywhere else. You can use Connect, Engage, Hub, Enrich, and Coach individually or together. Additionally, the sales insight and experience this company and its sales leaders provide are incomparable. You are not only purchasing a multi-line dialer, but you're working with people who care about the success of your business. Longevity and customer success seem very important to Tendril. Other dialer companies will sell you hours/minutes/dials, make their money, and they will see your usage or connection rates drop but won't go out of their way to dig in and find out how they might further assist you. Additionally, if they identify problems, they focus on solving them, not pointing at you or your sales reps as the problem. 

They do an excellent job ensuring you understand the purchasing process and service/product. Additionally, their presentations during the meetings and the transparency of their operation to ensure they maintain and deliver a high-quality product were more than impressive. These guys don't hide the ball and don't twist your arm for the sale; they guide you.

**What do you dislike about Tendril Connect?**

I don't have any dislikes. Tendril does an excellent job keeping its promise on its deliverables.

**What problems is Tendril Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tendril is helping me solve connection issues with potential prospects. They do this with their proprietary multi-line dialer and other methods to increase connections and conversions.
