I find Tempo helpful in managing project budget and resourcing easily in sheets. The Tempo Budgets feature is great for fulfilling all the gaps between business owners and the technical team. It makes it very easy for me to solve accountability and control issues. I appreciate how it enables decisions to be made based on data-driven insights. What do you dislike about Tempo? Its UI is not simple and no one can set it up easily. Non-technical employees require proper time for training, even though integration with Jira is a good option. The setup is tricky, and new users often get confused when trying to use it. Reports can be customized, but it takes a lot of time to understand how, and customer support is also too slow to respond.
