"Helpful for PowerPoint Consistency"

What do you like best about Templafy?

From an admin point of view, I like that I can upload our company’s templates and branding into Templafy so the entire organization has easy access in PowerPoint. It ensures everyone is using the right, up-to-date assets without having to send files around or worry about version control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Templafy?

Since Templafy is a plug-in directly in PowerPoint, certain features aren’t fully available on Mac. For example, the new toolbar functionality doesn’t show up, which makes the experience feel limited compared to Windows users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Templafy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, employees would often use outdated templates, incorrect logos, or off-brand colors in their decks. With Templafy, I can upload and manage the latest templates and brand assets so the entire company has direct access in PowerPoint.

This benefits me because it reduces the amount of time I spend policing brand usage or fixing decks after the fact. Instead, I know teams are working with the right materials from the start, which keeps our brand consistent and frees me up to focus on higher-value design work. What do you dislike about Templafy?

Most of what Templafy offers can already be accomplished directly in Word, except for the launch form feature. I also find it quite expensive. Additionally, it can become quite confusing to use at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
