The pre-built email marketing automation workflows available are fantastic. The platform is visually appealing and generally easy to use. The user interface is extremely clean, and easy to find what you are looking for. What I enjoy the most are the tracking links and the display of statistics. I also like that the templates are very up-to-date. I love that they have so many email templates. Email marketing is a very important and direct form of communication with your customers. **What do you dislike about Tellody?** I would like to see more variations in content types. I also feel like the fonts are a bit limited. Sometimes it becomes very difficult to find and use new features. **What problems is Tellody solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to segment our customers in more detail than ever before. It also allows us to track how many returning customers are using your detailed reports. It allows us to better tailor email marketing to our existing subscribers. We are also bridging the communication gap between us and our audience. The automation and templates for emails are really useful. I always come back to this to start new surveys and give away gifts. Better than the othe rolatform as it gives you the flexibility to do the work. **What do you dislike about Tellody?** I actually love everything about this took! Nothing to dislike. Everything works great. However, it does need some training to get used to it. And it is cheap and this is the great thing about it. I am using Tellody to perform many many marketing tasks. This is single platform for surveys, vouchers, sending SMS, sending Email and landing pages. Plus sentiment analysis on my customer responses helps me identify my most valuable customers. **What do you dislike about Tellody?** You cannot delete draft campaigns in a bulk. It is difficult to do it one by one which consumes a lot of time. **Recommendations to others considering Tellody:** If you're new to email and SMS marketing, Tellody is the way to go. There are a number of template options to help you create attractive and user-friendly emails. The customer service is fantastic, even for free users, and they do a great job with their wiki to help you get set up. Easy to use templates and coupons to keep the customers intact.it is very easy to use and very colorful. **What do you dislike about Tellody?** i can not delete many draft campaigns in bulk.it is tedious to do it.it is very time consuming. **Recommendations to others considering Tellody:** it has super powerful features,it is relatively cheap the monthly and and it is user friendly. we can engage customers more through SMS and email campaign.it is highly recommended for others. **What problems is Tellody solving and how is that benefiting you?** we are doing the online campaign.so, it is very much helpful as it assist us to this direction and in addition help us to listen the opinion our customers and tackle the situations.the saving is tremendous compared to other enterprise options. ### 9.
