Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) is a healthcare approach that uses technology to track patients’ vital signs and health data outside traditional clinical settings—usually from their home. It involves devices like blood pressure monitors, glucometers, pulse oximeters, and smart scales that automatically send readings to healthcare providers in real time.
