What problems is telli solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use telli for two outbound use cases that used to sit untouched because nobody had the capacity to work through them manually.
The first is invoice reconciliation. Once all our automated reminders have gone out, somebody has to actually call people with an overdue invoice. telli takes over at that point and either resends the payment link, records a payment commitment, or flags a dispute for our support team.
The second is tax reactivation. We have customers whose tax dossier has been sitting open for months with no activity. Before telli, nobody called them, so the dossier just stayed open and nobody knew why. Now a large share of the customers we reach give us a clear answer in one direction or the other. That alone has value: we can close the ones that are genuinely done and stop chasing them, and we know which ones still want to continue.
The benefit is less about replacing people and more about covering work that was never being done at all. We also run three languages, which in Switzerland is not optional, and staffing that manually for a low-priority queue is not realistic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
