# How much prompt tweaking did it take to get telli’s call tone and flow right?

We’re using telli to call inbound leads within a few minutes of signup, and the voice sounds surprisingly natural in both German and English. It also handles objections well, but getting the tone and call flow right took some trial and error and a lot of prompt changes early on. The upside is every lead gets contacted fast, qualified, and the good ones turn into meetings, so sales spends time only on people who are actually a fit. What did you change first to improve results: the prompt, objection handling, or the call flow?
