**What do you like best about Teliqon?**

What we like best about Teliqon is that it helped us make communication much more organized as our workload grew. We reduced missed calls by around 27% and improved response time by nearly 34%, which made day-to-day coordination between teams much easier. We also appreciated how responsive and practical their support team was during setup and ongoing use.

**What problems is Teliqon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teliqon helped us solve issues with delayed responses and communication getting harder to manage as the number of requests increased. It became easier to keep processes organized and avoid losing important inquiries between teams. This improved coordination internally and helped us respond to clients more consistently.

**What do you like best about Teliqon?**

Teliqon’s Lead Checker and Reputation Checker APIs were dead simple to integrate, and they immediately started flagging bad numbers and sketchy entries in our clients' CRMs. It helped clean up dirty data before any outreach happened, which boosted answer rates and reduced bouncebacks. Support team was responsive via chat, even during integration. Prixing was quite flexible and Lead Checker tool really helped save time for the team.

**What do you dislike about Teliqon?**

Nothing really to complain about, honestly

**What problems is Teliqon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this, our client’s sales team was wasting time calling fake or unreachable numbers. Their CRM was full of junk data, which killed productivity and skewed performance metrics. With Teliqon, we filtered bad leads right at the source — cleaner campaigns, fewer failed dials, and better conversion rates. It also saved us dev time by not having to build our own validator from scratch.

**What do you like best about Teliqon?**

The ease of setup. We were up and running within 24 hours — zero technical blockers. Also, the Auto Dialer efficiency: skipping voicemails and dead numbers makes a big difference in actual talk time.

The CRM integration keeps everything clean, and local presence dialing really boosted our pickup rates. Plus, we appreciated the responsive support — they actually care.

**What do you dislike about Teliqon?**

I wish some advanced dashboard features (like detailed performance comparisons by campaign) were more customizable but it's rather feedback than an obstacle, everyting worked perfectly

**What problems is Teliqon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to start exploring outbound sales but had zero infrastructure in place. Our dev agency mostly grew through referrals and inbound leads, but we knew we were missing out on opportunities by not proactively reaching out to potential clients — especially startups and mid-sized tech companies that may not find us organically.

The goal wasn’t to build a massive call center overnight — just to test the waters and see if cold outreach could move the needle.

**What do you like best about Teliqon?**

Teliqon helped us automate a big chunk of our cold outreach and follow-up process. The auto dialer is seriously underrated — it saves our sales team hours each week. Plus, being able to use local numbers when calling prospects made a huge difference in answer rates. Their bulk SMS is also solid; we’ve used it for sending promo offers and reminders about free audits. Just super convenient overall.

**What do you dislike about Teliqon?**

The UI could be more polished — it’s not hard to use, just not the prettiest. Also, if you’re not already familiar with dialer tools or telecom stuff, the first-time setup can feel a little technical. But their support team is quick to jump in and help.

**What problems is Teliqon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an SEO agency, we rely on reaching new prospects efficiently, and Teliqon gave us the tools to do just that without building our own solution from scratch. We use their auto dialer and SMS to contact leads, follow up on inbound interest, and promote time-limited services like audits or content packages. It’s helped us cut down on manual outreach and actually increased our response rates. It’s like giving your sales and marketing team a bit of a cheat code.

**What do you like best about Teliqon?**

The auto dialer and SMS tools are insanely effective out of the box. Setup was super quick, and their team basically handled everything. Plus, our merchants actually use it — especially the local number feature, which really boosts response rates.

**What do you dislike about Teliqon?**

The dashboard could use a facelift — it’s not bad, but it feels a little utilitarian. Also, if you're not technical, you’ll probably want their support team to walk you through the first steps.

**What problems is Teliqon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teliqon helped us give SellX10 users more powerful tools to follow up with leads and recover lost sales (abandoned carts, post-purchase SMS, etc.). Instead of building complex comms features ourselves, we integrated their system — and it’s been running smoothly ever since. It’s made our platform more valuable and helped our merchants drive real results without extra work.
