There was nothing we found useful or productive about this system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Poor support, failed to perform integrations that were promised, frequent hardware failure and difficulty replacing failed hardware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Peter Longtin did his best to help us with issues platform has issues beyond the control of reps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Way behind on tech front, Cheap hardware lack of customer support. over the tenure of us being a customer we had more down time then uptime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, reliable mobile and web access Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rural areas seem to have spotty satellite signal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, nothing. I have found very little that Teletrac has been able to do that has worked out the way it should. Teletrac does not correspond with our other systems easily nor consistently. I was able to set up KeepTruckin to interface with our maintenance software without the help of anyone from KeepTruckin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reports that we are offered do not allow for ease of use. Getting the information out of the reports is difficult, as well as getting the same information from multiple reports. For example, miles for a truck on one report will say 100, and on another report they will be completely different. I have tried numerous times a month since November (it is now March) for Teletrac to finish the API set up with our maintenance software. The responses back from the Teletrac API team are few and far between. There is no support from our account rep and/or support when we have problems or need help answering a question. When we have ELD issues we are constantly told that there is just no way Teletrac can fix the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that when I call for help, they help. If I need to have one of my drivers call, Tech support will make sure they follow up with me to verify that everything is working correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ELD unit itself it always messing up. It is like it is very sensitive and the slightest miss can cause problems. Some drivers do not log out. I would like it to be able to log out if the bus is turned off, that way it not put the driver in a logged in status, once it logged out, the driver would have to log in again, to make sure that they are in the correct mode, and if the wash crew starts the bus, it will not put the driver back in driving mode. It's great that I can track the trailers in real-time to keep up with where they are currently located. I like that there is a lot of options for the information on the trailers. It's also nice that can arrange things on the system in a way that is most useful to me, so that the information I need is first and foremost when I open Teletrac. Sometimes the tracking isn't as up to date if there are GPS dead spots. Then I have to wait until the trailer is through the dead spot so I can know where it is located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently it is the Technical Support. We receive excellent Tech support from all the support lines. They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes getting the correct parts to fix an issue can be challenging. There can be several things causing a problem. Selecting the one that is the problem can be hard to diagnose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From my perspective as an administrator, I can say I have all the info I need in the dashboard, especially the HOS menu and the graphs that every day give me an instant photo of the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some menus are not easy to follow, particularly the reports and the part to assign vehicles to groups, and in case you need to unassign them, I still can't do it. There is a question mark at the top right side, but when you ask, it takes you to the portal and asks you again for your password, like the guide is not integrated. Customer service is very helpful; within minutes, I will hear back either through email or phone call and they always follow up. They are continuously improving software and staying up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With certain modifications, I can no longer see my entire fleet, which prompts me to reach customer service. Also, after a few years of service, we have never figured out how to view the mileage on the trucks correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were customers for 20+ years back when you would call in to a phone number for updates on the truck location and they would fax reports of truck locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

0 customer service at all. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Couldn't add new trucks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
