**What do you like best about TeleForum?**

I like the dial-out feature, if you have a list of folks who've opted in to receive calls from you.

**What do you dislike about TeleForum?**

The screening feature, while I see how it can be helpful, sometimes leave callers feel like they're repeating themselves, since the standard ask for screeners is to ask them for their question ahead of time, while they are also usually asked to repeat it live on air.

**What problems is TeleForum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have the potential to reach folks who have given us their phone number but choose not to give us their email address... and most of our communications are via email, so they at least get to participate in this way.

**What do you like best about TeleForum?**

It does everything I need it to do and it meets my everyday needs.

**What do you dislike about TeleForum?**

It is not always the most user friendly.  I feel that I to search for things in places where they wouldn't necessarily seem to be found.

**What problems is TeleForum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the data I need to analyze for the organization I work for, it is the best tool for me to use.
