What do you like best about Telagus?

I really appreciate Telagus for its true end-to-end workflow unification. It's a single source of truth for the entire business lifecycle, seamlessly integrating everything from lead capture to project management, customer retention, and HR operations. I love how every module communicates natively, eliminating the need for custom APIs, CSV exports/imports, or broken syncs. This creates automated workflows and reduces administrative bottlenecks significantly. The way a lead captured via Telagus is instantly added to the CRM and integrated into personalized marketing and sales processes without manual effort is fantastic. The unification includes everything from automating project creation when a deal is closed, to syncing payment statuses and updating customer purchase history, which makes post-purchase marketing campaigns a breeze. Also, the integration with HR operations ensures real-time syncing of team capacity with project management, preventing project delays. Telagus cuts 40–60% of administrative work across different teams, making cross-functional team collaboration much more efficient. The platform is particularly noteworthy for its US-focused lead generation and attribution tools, making it perfectly tailored for local and regional US business success. What do you dislike about Telagus?

I find the report builder in Telagus a bit lacking. It's functional for standard metrics, but it doesn't have advanced filtering options or custom calculated fields. What do you like best about Telagus?

I have seen a couple of CRM softwares so far, but I must say Telagus has really got my attention. The dashboard has really impressed me a lot, It concisely presents a glimse of all the stuff that needs immediate attention. Thanks to this I never miss an client and respond to them always on time. I really found it very easy to implement this, all the features are so simple and aptly spaced we dont have to search arround be it SMS, email, grouping, having a check and track on all the cold calls had never been so easy. What do you dislike about Telagus?

AI !!!! This is a big thing needed for the present trend. If telagus can integrate this creating custom emails will be faster and hand holds newly joined interns/freshers. I would recommend to please get this thing in, this could definitiely make the software stand out and help us in analysing the way we are heading. What do you like best about Telagus?

We are a security/alarms company that relies on the internet for our lead source and manages our jobs and after-sales service like repairs or annual servicing. Telagus has really helped us get organised and helped us close more sales, its really easy to operate, and the support is great. We have kept our customers fully informed with useful tools like email and SMS marketing, we also enjoy using the dashboard which lets us see the whole business operation including the sales pipeline. The quotation tool is brilliant as it keeps a template of all items for future use and you can send the quotes out for e-signing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Telagus?
