Absolutely one of the best all-in-one shop programs out there. Almost everything ive thought that would come in handy this program has. The ability the send over customer inspection reports with detailed videos/pictures as well as giving descriptions of what they're looking at. 2 way texting with customs. I have the top tier & am paying right around $430.00 a month. A bit steep. It does offer a lot but regardless I wish it was a tad cheaper. Sub $400 at least.
