What do you like best about Tekmetric?

I really like the scheduling aspect of Tekmetric, which plays a significant role in streamlining our operations. The integration of the new marketing features is another aspect that I find extremely valuable. It allows us to maintain constant contact with our customers on a single platform. This integration not only enhances communication by enabling us to text and email estimates and invoices but also improves our overall customer relationship management. Additionally, the initial setup of Tekmetric was exceedingly easy, which made the transition smooth and hassle-free. This ease of use, combined with the functionalities that Tekmetric offers, significantly enhances our shop's efficiency and operational success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tekmetric?

I would like Tekmetric to integrate more seamlessly with aftermarket accessory distributors. As an aftermarket accessory shop, it would be beneficial if Tekmetric could facilitate purchasing parts from these distributors with the same ease that we experience with O'Reilly's, Napa, or AutoZone.
