Its online newsroom and e-commerce facility is so helpful for our team. It is also an auction platform. Another feature that I liked the most is, it has enabled us to better communicate with our customers by providing us closed platforms like that of Facebook. Communication is a key to any business and Tekgroup understands it so well. **What do you dislike about Tekgroup?** The only thing I feel is missing is " How to start" or "Starting guide" so one can easily operate it because when I first started it I found it tough and it took me some time to understand its working process. **What problems is Tekgroup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping in view all the benefits it has provided to our business I really liked this software and I have found it as really excellent software to manage and enhance Public relations which is very important to maintain nowadays. Its business-consultation is also really good. And keeping in view the minds of people It has cellphone application too thus benefiting us in all possible ways it can. ### 2. Not bad for the purpose **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2018 **What do you like best about Tekgroup?** The one thing that I loved about working with Tekgroup is that they were able to help us develop a page in order to allow our employees to communicate on a closed platform, like facebook/myspace, but strictly for employees! **What do you dislike about Tekgroup?** The one main thing I disliked about Tekgroup's software was that sometimes we found edits to certain posts wouldn't be immediate. This was an issue when we had things like live streams or comment fixtures within those streams. **What problems is Tekgroup solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that we were able to solve with Tekgroup was communication within the organization. We were able to pull it from multiple platforms and real it in to just one platform ### 3. I would definitely recommend more "How To" guides for first time users. **Recommendations to others considering Tekgroup:** I no longer use this program as I am no longer with Cannon. **What problems is Tekgroup solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide software solutions for many of the programs that are used.
