Every month, I will spend hours compiling data to create the end-of-month reports for my clients. Covered Press allows me to create the same reports that would take hours in a shorter period of time. This is the best software ever!!! I love how canva is associated with the program, so all my reports are nicely presented with the analytics that I need. Very simple to use, and I love it!! **What do you dislike about Covered Press?** So far, I like everything. After one tutorial with Cole, I felt comfortable using it on my own and creating reports for our clients. The reports are so simple to make and customize, they look very professional. **What do you dislike about Covered Press?** There are stories that slip through the cracks sometimes, but I do like that I can add the URL if I need to. There was another small issue with changing client profile information but after one email it was resolved. **What problems is Covered Press solving and how is that benefiting you?** Covered Press is saving me valuable time. Instead of scouring the internet for stories or constantly changing alert notifications I can come here and pull all the press coverage at one time. ### 4. I loved how easy it is to get all analytics data, export them or share them. The client portal idea is just as great - with CoveredPress, you no longer need to shuffle exported report files to your client mailboxes. **What do you dislike about Covered Press?** Overall I don’t have any dislikes. I am excited to see what other features they come out with! **What problems is Covered Press solving and how is that benefiting you?** With CoveredPress, it became really easy to track the progress of online and social presence, which was most important to me. The biggest benefit is being able to see the data for the press we've landed for our clients. ### 8. The customer service is really great! Cole is very quick to respond and solves any issues I may have. **What do you dislike about Covered Press?** Wish it had more filters to sort out press hits. **What problems is Covered Press solving and how is that benefiting you?** Really helps me keep track of press hits/mentions since it tracks the URL and keywords I've inputted. I've used google alerts/MuckRack to track everything but this helps save me time in importing articles into a report and clipping them on Canva. Since they already clips the articles for you, its such a huge time saver!! ### 9. They have several different template options that allowed for a nice, customized template to be shared with clients. The reports were also easy to build and easy to send. **What do you dislike about Covered Press?** Like most media monitoring portals, the media hit pickup was relatively inconsistent. The nice thing about Covered Press however is that they are new to the marketplace and are very open to change suggestions. **What problems is Covered Press solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, some of the tracking was not quite in the place I'd like it to be.
