I used Qwoted for years through a PR agency and decided to sign up again today (10/16/25). To my surprise, I immediately received an automated response saying my account was terminated due to "negative feedback" and that I wasn’t a good fit for the platform — even though I haven’t used Qwoted in over two years. Basically they disabled my account 2 days after i bought the premium subscription. I messaged support multiple times over 2 days, as i had already put in a lot of work to write up responses. I hired a contractor to help me find pitches and spent money on that too. Only to not be able to quote someone after spening 30min writing a pitch, then being locked out of my account. As a Canadian business, it would be great to see more international media outlets. Also, because of the quantity of queries, it can be difficult to distinquish the high-value outlets from the less reputable ones without leaving the plaform and doing our own research. I like how easy it is to talk to people, and hear back, also i like that the platform encourages / rewards reports for relying back to pitches. On most platforms you dont hear back unless the pitch is used, but here people will let you know if its a fit or not most times so you aren't waiting to find out. Well, the pricing for the paid plans are a little steep in my opinion, I think they could have other pricing models, maybe pay for 3 pitches a month etc, the only options are free or unlimited, and the unlimited is a lot especially for someone based in Canada, the US currency is not in my favor.
