TehProf Dialogs Reviews & Product Details

TehProf.kz Dialogs connects a company WhatsApp number to your CRM - Bitrix24, amoCRM and others - so managers chat and take calls right in the client card. When a customer writes or calls on WhatsApp, the manager replies inside the CRM and sees deals, stages and history next to the conversation. Chats belong to the company, not to a manager's personal phone, so the history stays when someone leaves and passes to the next manager. WhatsApp calls arrive in the CRM as inquiries. When a call goes through a connected line, the card keeps the recording, a transcript and a short summary, and the manager can call back from the card. A built-in dialer shows recent calls and lets operators start a WhatsApp call in one click. Three ways to connect, with prices in Kazakhstani tenge published in advance: - Your current number via WhatsApp Web (QR code). The phone app keeps working. Chats from 12,000 KZT per month, with groups 15,000 KZT, with groups and calls 25,000 KZT. - Official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API by Meta). Chats from 18,000 KZT per month, with groups and calls 37,500 KZT. Approved Meta message templates are available right in the chat. - Coexistence: the official channel on a number that keeps working in the WhatsApp Business app, 18,000 KZT per month. Paying for a year gives two months free, and the one-time setup fee is waived on annual plans. The first line of each type runs free for 3 days. Managers have nothing to configure. An administrator connects the number and grants access once; access follows roles and departments, and each company's data is isolated from other customers. Operators get their own message templates with favorites, recent picks and a "/" shortcut in the message field, plus Bitrix24 automation robots that send WhatsApp messages from deal stages. Key features: - WhatsApp chats in the CRM client card (Bitrix24 open lines, amoCRM) - WhatsApp calls with recording, transcript and summary in the deal timeline - WhatsApp groups in CRM on suitable lines - Own templates and Meta templates in every chat - Roles, departments and history that moves between managers - Russian, Kazakh and English interface - Free check of your number before you start Timing and feature availability for a specific number are confirmed after a free check.
