**What do you like best about Tectia?**

It uses secure protocol, information and data is in encrypted format and public key is used for encryption. A secure channel is used . The interface is easy to navigate, easy to lofin and logout, easy to switch from one server to another, easy file transfers, connection details can be stored securely.

**What do you dislike about Tectia?**

Compared to other tools available for the same purpose , Tectia works better. Haven't faced any major issue or blocker.

**What problems is Tectia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this for quick server connections and management . Easy to switch remote servers  which are present in different locations.

this product is amazing & better than putty in terms of easy use
