Through TechSee, we can fix an issue common, especially for newer agents where they are unsure what the customer can see and so the steps we are providing them are based purely on Knowledge base articles, if the customer can't see it, then we can't tell them where in the page it is as we wouldn't know either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TechSee? The website UI feels a bit outdated, as when we were receiving the training, the page bugged on us during the training. That was when the feature was supposed to be showcased to us so if it were to happen during an actual call, it could cause panic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is TechSee solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a hands on approach as if we were in person with the customer to see what they are seeing. Either in situations where they are supposed to be looking at an option or when they are unable to describe the issue they are having, they can show us and see what is happening.
