What do you like best about Techjays?

The Techjays team genuinely feels bought in to our success - they care about the product and the company we are building. They communicate well and have robust knowledge of many subjects, ranging from writing code, to server efficiency, to data security, and more. They are flexible, trustworthy, and I have never been afraid to invite their leadership team to external meetings to talk about our product - they are an incredible representation and extension of our team. What do you dislike about Techjays?

Early on in the project, we had an estimation miscommunication, but the team was very adaptable and took ownership of rectifying the situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Techjays:

When going into the project, if you have any internal questions that you haven't answered yourself in regard to technical approach, ask for their opinion and past examples they've worked on to help clear up those answers for you. What problems is Techjays solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run Bracketology.tv - fantasy sports, for reality TV. We're a small startup, just two full-time founders, but have a significant amount of traction. None of the Bracketology founders are technical, and we needed a dev partner to build a mobile app that could support thousands of concurrent users. We're worked with Techjays for just over a year, and they time and time again deliver quality software. Our mobile app has received >102,000 downloads in 10 months, and the improved user experience and traction has allowed us to sign some impactful strategic partnerships. None of that would have been possible without this improved product, and we look forward to Techjays being a part of a tech roadmap in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
