**Describe the project or task Tech9 helped with:**

Tech9 built our website, enabling customers to design a custom wedding ring from 2 BILLION options.

**What do you like best about Tech9?**

They approached our working relationship as partners, not vendors. It was a refreshing change from working with other firms.

**What do you dislike about Tech9?**

The UX we got from Tech9, in the beginning, wasn't great. Later, they acquired another company that specializes in UX. Good acquisition!

**Recommendations to others considering Tech9:**

Trust their process. It's not what we expected but it worked for us.

**What problems is Tech9 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We knew we couldn't build a full dev team of our own but we were concerned about outsourcing, especially overseas. Luckily, their approach was worked. We got the software we needed and didn't sacrifice quality.
