This has helped to create a positive and supportive work environment within our team. **What do you dislike about Teamphoria?** I think more customization options for recognition and better integration with HR systems would be helpful improvements. However, these are minor issues and I have otherwise been very satisfied with the tool. **What problems is Teamphoria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teamphoria is helping to solve the problem of low employee engagement by providing a platform for recognizing and rewarding team members. You can additionally utilized Teamphoria for your 360 exhibition surveys. The arrangement is simple for employees to utilize and give remarks just as giving outcomes to representatives and directors. Teamphoria acts as a social media platform within the organizations it helps employees share their achievements to the others and managers and directors can award their employees with rewards and recognition. We love Teamphoria’s user friendly Interface, it is very easy to use and acts a bridge to build the better relationships between the employees. It is a software made for successful organizations to make their companies more and more strong and productive. The pricing of the software is quite reasonable and it also provides free trial for the first five users. Web based, cloud, SaaS solution for the companies available on android and iOS both. The customer service of the software developers is also amazing they keep the app up to date and keep on adding more and more recognition prizes to encourage the culture of respecting the work force more and more. **What do you dislike about Teamphoria?** There are some minor bugs in reviewing section i.e. you cannot review yourself that easily and sometimes your reviews are not saved even when you save them in the drafts. There is a limitation on usage of this app which is quite frustrating sometimes. **What problems is Teamphoria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall, Teamphoria is a great app for encouraging and recognizing the all-stars of your organizations to get more productive work from them. It's easy to navigate and does a great job building our team's culture remotely. **What do you dislike about Teamphoria?** Under the reviews section, I find it easy to miss where I need to review myself. Also, sometimes I make a selection when reviewing peers and the selection doesn't save. **Recommendations to others considering Teamphoria:** I recommend encouraging all team members to fill out their bio portion of their profile. It makes a big difference in being able to relate to each other. It gives everyone just a small peek into each unique person that makes up the team, plus it's fun. We also keep our performance evaluation questions short and to the point. This makes filling them out easier. It is a quick and easy way employees can recognize and show support for each other. We also used Teamphoria for our 360 performance reviews in 2016. The format was easy for employees to use and give comments as well as providing results for employees and managers. **What do you dislike about Teamphoria?** There aren't any dislikes that stand out. As an organization, our employees haven't embraced features on the Communications tab such as "Make a Suggestion" or "Vent a Frustration". It may be a little too public for them. **What problems is Teamphoria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee engagement, recognition, performance reviews and company directory.
