What we like best about TeamOS is its potential to bring individual and team insights into one accessible, ongoing experience. Rather than treating a profile as a one-off report, TeamOS creates opportunities for people to explore what their preferences mean in practice and how they might work more effectively with others.

Oski’s conversational style has real promise; we particularly liked the more playful narrative commentary. Team Mode also has strong potential when supported by appropriate facilitator oversight and thoughtful privacy controls. Overall, it is a genuinely exciting initiative that we can see some clients readily embracing. Our enthusiasm is strongest when TeamOS complements (not replaces) the human conversation and skilled facilitation that help people turn insight into meaningful change. The onboarding videos also feel impersonal and less engaging than a real practitioner-led introduction. Within the platform, there is a lot of valuable information, but the experience can feel overwhelming and unclear about where to begin, or when you have done enough. I was new to an organisation (tech scale-up) as COO. I had used TMP for many years before and really loved it as a tool to understand my team. I was delighted to see that there is now a digital self-service version available (TeamOS). My direct reports were all brand new to this tool. As a team leader, I loved that it was super quick and easy for me to set up, do my own profile and invite my team in (20 min?) - and then it only took each of them 20 min or so to do their own profiles and learn about themselves. For our team day together it was a game changer. We talked through our profiles and what each of our preferences are, we learnt about how balanced (or not) we were as a team - it really helped us gel together. My team members had said that they really liked the interface, the clarity of messages and content (easy for them to understand how it works and their own profiles); it gave them great insights into both themselves and each other. As one of my team said "The questions were really straightforward, and the out felt targeted in a useful way... the team bit really helped - now I know what not to do to cause friction in our team". I like TeamOS because it's simple, interactive, and easy to use, which makes it easy to encourage others to use it too. It's insightful and helps me get answers quickly. I also find it very beneficial to look at the team as a whole rather than just individuals, which aids in developing synergy between team members. We often view Team performance at an individual level, however this instrument enables us to look at the collective solution and how every team member contributes in a way that plays to their strength. Having this sort of insight is not only valuable at a business level, it is also extremely important for personal development where improvement starts with self-awareness. I understand that TeamOS is still pretty early in its development. There are some elements of the user interface that could definitely use some improvement. Also, it would be better if it had more direct applications for functions like project management. Although I’m somewhat cynical about HR tools, I’ve always managed to get outstanding insights from TeamOS, especially with the newer, easier-to-use product. It’s a useful prompt for understanding what I value and how I work with others, and it gives me insight into important working relationships and how to make them more effective and profitable. The platform has evolved into a modern, efficient, highly insightful leadership and business insight tool. The onboarding process was smooth, and the customer support team made deployment straightforward. Unlike older profiling systems that give you dense, static reports, TeamOS surfaces usable data and insights for everyday operations. The Microsoft Teams integration is also quite good - our people don't have to break their workflow to check profiles. I use TeamOS to improve team communication and performance. It has improved communication and understanding among team members with different communication styles. I like the intuitive, centralised dashboard and useful insights for improving collaboration and identifying potential issues. I find the AI agent Oski useful. I also like the clear mapping and categorisation of preferred communication styles and how to work best with others on the team. I find the staff very friendly and accommodating. I love how advanced they are with their technology and that I can really delve deep into my team management profile with their new chatbot, Oski. • Oski provides great linked information (such as average score in RIDO scale and explanation of each) – where people can always go back to if needed

• I feel Oski can replace the debrief process that is usually done by the accredited facilitator.
