The interaction model it offers makes us feel like we are in a physical office. The first time you "approach someone" and the channel opens is awe-inspiring. We have found that this continuous-connection dynamic makes the virtual meeting world feel like something of the past, which has allowed us to recover and boost our work culture. One of the most significant benefits is making collaboration much more effective by reducing meeting "scheduling times" and the visibility/availability of all our staff. We loved that even though Teamflow is very easy to use, they have an onboarding process with a customer rep. Oh, and their customer support is awesome! **What do you dislike about Teamflow?** We'd love to see more settings for user management (who can invite users, who can create/edit rooms); have more predefined layouts and more furniture to choose from. Also, greater integration with Office 365, particularly Outlook. **What problems is Teamflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** They added a lite mode that uses fewer CPU resources, which is perfect for users with low-end equipment. Also, they fixed some full-screen sharing issues we had with specific computers. ### 3. I enjoy the flexibility to design the space to our liking and decorate the virtual office space to have pretty views and cute pets that we all love. It allows us to chat with each other in the open space nearby without the need to create meetings and feel awkward, and have individual meeting rooms and breakout rooms for work/team discussions without disturbing others. And having the "lock the room" feature allows the teams to have more privacy during the meeting and discussion as needed. **What do you dislike about Teamflow?** For first-time users, it is not as obvious to know where to find the correct meeting rooms. And when we click into the meeting rooms, seems like we also need to drag ourselves into the room physically sometimes, not sure if this is supposed to be. The other part is the camera setting, it would be good to have options for virtual background or blurry effects as needed. **Recommendations to others considering Teamflow:** Try it! Especially if you are working remotely, and want to connect better with your team or get to know more people in your organization! **What problems is Teamflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teamflow makes day-to-day working remotely fun and easy for everyone, and enables the employer to create a better company culture. Employees can easily find people to talk to as needed, without feeling left out or lonely when stuck at home working every day. It's a way to come together that mimics key aspects of real life, such as how you can hear people in the same room as you, but not when you leave. **What do you dislike about Teamflow?** The only thing I dislike is that I want more customiziation options, but that is a minor issue that is likely easily remedied with the team. Teamflow has made it possible to tap someone on the shoulder and connect quickly. Admittedly, I was reluctant. I was concerned about being constantly connected to a video but have found that the privacy features are great. I love the audio zones, my private office, and the ability to set my availability. When we meet as a team, it is nice to see everyone on the screen. **What do you dislike about Teamflow?** Overall, Teamflow is great! It would be nice with multiple people in a room to quickly snap everyone's bubble's into an area. There's a costume option calls "Audio zone" 4) There's anothe costume option that I really like, it's respect when one of us talks in a meeting, it's the "speaker circle" option. **What do you dislike about Teamflow?** To bear in mind, this platform demands a lot of computer capacity, so it's complicated when you have an "old" laptop or not have an optimal internet connection. But, I don't dislike anything yet. I think they are on the right track. Also, we have to do tasks on HubSpot and show them to our team (because each department have their team and office). So basically, this app helps us a lot to share our screen easily in different sizes and ways, to have our meetings with our coworkers and respect when one of us talks with the "speaker circle" option. Better meetings with clients to negotiate, and meets with coworkers. More control with guests, rooms to share what you want, and time is not limited as in other meeting platforms. ### 18. It demands a lot of resources from the hardware, and you can tell the team is working hard since the experience is getting better with each new version, but it still has teething problems. My whole team works through Teamflow, and it´s been a great experience; we even had some bonding while customizing the office, which was pretty fun and something we didn´t go through back when we used other apps as our online office. Our clients like it a lot, and the team feels more efficient and happy to work through Teamflow every day. Home Office is now FUN. **What do you dislike about Teamflow?** The only downside of Teamflow is that people with older, lower-end devices have been having some issues with the software; it looks like it uses too many resources, so it would be perfect if it got optimized for those devices. I currently run it with a 32 Gb RAM, intel i7 PC, and also on my laptop, and it works fine. I'm accountable for managing our remote employees to maintain an official workflow within our organization. All of us on the team love Teamflow, and we use it all the time. We could bond and personalize the office, which was impossible with other software. Instead of scheduling meetings or booking calendars, we can communicate with colleagues. Also, we can customize each room to make it feel unique and inviting. There are many reasons our clients and the rest of the team are happy with Teamflow. **What do you dislike about Teamflow?** We need more app integrations to make Teamflow more user-friendly, but this is a simple problem to fix. When too many people are on the same floor or using the same screen, it may not function properly. No other complaints can make it about this product except a cap on how many users can join.
