What do you like best about Acre?

Due to Covid we wanted visitors to our facilities to have a minimal to touchless experience registering an onsite visit while also limiting close interaction with our reception staff. The fact that the visitor can use their cell phone to answer required registration questions is great. Also as a security measure the Host must also scan their proximity card to print the visitor badge therefore preventing unescorted access to the building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acre?

We have not come across any downsides to date. If I could add one feature it would be a tighter integration with the Gmail calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Acre?

The TDS tool has a lot of customization options that allow us to provide a digital check-in experience for our customers and employees. We've adapted the solution to help us manage our entries into the office for both visitors and employees during the pandemic. We like how fast and easy it has been to adapt and deploy the tool. I find that compared to other tools reviewed, this one has the most developed features and the team working with us is very open to improvements if there is something missing. What do you dislike about Acre?

I would like it if more of the settings were individualized per site, while we are a very large company we have many different regions and requirements that we have to consider. I understand that this is a somewhat unique requirement for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Acre?

Having a system that allows us to plan and manage a visitor's end-to-end journey with our company, including scheduling, pre-visit questionnaire, QR codes, self-check in, badge printing etc., The ability for a host to be notified through Microsoft Teams is a big plus for us and removes these registration & notification tasks from our receptionists. What do you dislike about Acre?

Very little - if I had to be picky I would suggest that the dual calendar invites are probably the only feature that could be improved. However my a/c manager has informed me it being worked on for a future release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Acre?

The most appealing aspect of TDS Visitor Management is the lack of requirement for general staff to interact with it. Once it is embedded within the organization, it intuitively manages visitor identification, invitations, check-ins on arrival and host notifications on visitor arrivals.

Its administrative power around visitor analytics is impressive and very useful, allowing for effective labor forecasting for visitor reception and historical reporting for visitor types and volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Acre?

The system gives staff the ability staff to book their own visitors in easily online. Visitors then receive a QR code to confirm they have been invited in to the building. Our security team are then aware of the visit and can show the guest quickly up to our main reception area. Once the guest has been confirmed by using the QR code an email is sent to the host so they are aware that their guest has arrived and can meet them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

• The delivery team where amazing throughout the whole process , we love how the UI navigates , its really easy to onboard new colleagues to use the application and its got tonnes of really cool features, the Outlook plugin is definitely my personally favourite! What do you like best about Acre?

This product has helped our business tremendously with regards to visitor management. Support is always ready to assist us in any way we need help. If we ever have issues (extremely rare) getting a response from support, we simply reach out to our designated account rep and that clears things up instantly.
