**What do you like best about TCS Software?**

It’s simply great: reliable software that works well, with nothing more and nothing less.

**What do you dislike about TCS Software?**

One drawback of (TCS) software is that some of its platforms can feel outdated in interface and user experience, and customization or integration with modern tools may require extra effort. Additionally, documentation and support response times can sometimes be slower than expected, which can affect productivity.

**What problems is TCS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

(TCS) software helps solve challenges like managing complex business operations, automating manual processes, and improving data visibility across systems. This benefits me by saving time, reducing errors, and making workflows more efficient, allowing me to focus on higher-value tasks instead of routine work.

**What do you like best about TCS Software?**

Inventory control is accurate and easy to use

**What do you dislike about TCS Software?**

ISE ordering doesn't always work. Customer service has gone downhill since we purchased the software and since TCS was purchased by ARI. Few updates with changes that better the software. The accounting side is the weaker side (Office Manager), not as malleable as other software.

**Recommendations to others considering TCS Software:**

It does what it does well well, needs improvements on the accounting side and customer service

**What problems is TCS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory is accurate, easy to see GM and mark up on customer invoices.
