It’s simply great: reliable software that works well, with nothing more and nothing less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TCS Software?

One drawback of (TCS) software is that some of its platforms can feel outdated in interface and user experience, and customization or integration with modern tools may require extra effort. Additionally, documentation and support response times can sometimes be slower than expected, which can affect productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TCS Software?

ISE ordering doesn't always work. Customer service has gone downhill since we purchased the software and since TCS was purchased by ARI. Few updates with changes that better the software. The accounting side is the weaker side (Office Manager), not as malleable as other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
