On shore and off shore model - Ability to have resources available 24/7 365 days of the year.  Using TCS wealth of knowledge and experience and bench of experienced work resources

Challenges working and connecting with offshore resources.  IN abilitily to contact them or have them get right access to network. Communication challenges.  Resource turnover
