I haven't come across anything in particular that I dislike about TaxiMobility as it has been quite revolutionary for my business. **What problems is TaxiMobility solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier the taxi bookings were made via phone or emails and we used to come across manual errors in the process; however since the customer enters their details and books the taxi via a mobile application it has led to fewer occasions where out team had entered the details incorrectly etc. TaxiMobility also allows us to show our logo on the app which gives a very professional look. ### 2. The app helps the customers to choose a vehicle of their size, estimate the time taken to arrive for pick up and provides estimate of price for the trip. It also has GPS tracking. The service also is extended for material deliveries pertinent to business or residential. Users have flexibility to login using facebook account. Has also the ability to split fare with other riders especially when pooling. Provides round the clock support. **What do you dislike about TaxiMobility?** The application doesn't respond at times and the software needs to be reinstalled occasionally. The cab driver could cancel the ride with no justification. In case of trip cancellation, there are hidden costs. **Recommendations to others considering TaxiMobility:** The app is a great one to get started with and could assist the taxi riders on both personal and corporate level. Definitely a worthwhile try for any new taxi rider. I would recommend starting with the free trial. **What problems is TaxiMobility solving and how is that benefiting you?** The application helped me schedule rides at all times of my choice and the rides were quite smooth. The scheduling procedure is quite easy. Some of the routine destinations like airport and train stations are well covered. It assisted a lot with many of our corporate travel needs. The app has options to choose driver based on your past experience. The preferred driver could be tagged and checked for future availability to continue the rapport. The payment estimate is always very close to the exact payment that is computed for the actual trip. The driver, dispatcher feature is on par with any established app like Lyft/uber. On top of taxi services, the app also supports shuttle services and limo services to a fleet upto 100 depending on the nature of your business. The app has a flexibility to choose the size of the vehicle depending on the number of passengers and/or the luggage for your travel. The price varies based on the size of the vehicle being chosen. The app has assisted me with both corporate and personal travel needs and i never had any negative experience.
