It is easy to use and customers can book directly without the hassle to call. Also, it has tracking features where past and current records can be tracked and viewed. **What do you dislike about The Booking Tool?** Don't seem to find anything I dislike. Some people said there may be an issue when trying to print the record as it does not fit well onto the display one like. However, I have not tried this function yet. **Recommendations to others considering The Booking Tool:** When choosing appropriate software, always think from the user's perspective. Think of how easy to use, cancel and access the software. In other words, the mobility and accessibility of the software. **What problems is The Booking Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is cloud-based and allows real-time viewings of customers' bookings. By the way, the alert and notifications function will send reminders to customers for appointments booked. This is a win-win situation for business owners and customers to ensure any booked appointments will not be missed leading to the loss of business. It also has the capability to automatically sync calendars according to users’ time zones. This is important as businesses are now conducting globally around the world. Actually, after using the booking tool, I have a limited chance of losing appointments and businesses, especially for us small business owners. I do not have any complaints about the tool. ### 2. We use this frequently for booking limo service to and from the office. Our staff that choose to come into the office cannot rely on public transportation due to pandemic concerns. Booking tool app makes a world of difference for our office by not just confirming booking reservations in advance but also providing a lizard Uber feel with go's tracking and time of arrival for driver coming to pickup. **What do you dislike about The Booking Tool?** One thing that was noticed was the app sometimes lags or has a delay when tracking the driver giving us the impression of having more time until the driver arrives. Normally arrives earlier than expected which is great but depending on some people wouldn't be prepared if held up in a meeting or phone call. **Recommendations to others considering The Booking Tool:** It's in my opinion a luxury Uber mobile app, definitely won't have any regret. **What problems is The Booking Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?** Biggest problem that was solved is getting from point A to point B from their limo services efficiently and on time. Never had an issue, and never had to worry about COVID due to non-shared rides. ### 5. This system cuts through logistics. It is simple and clean, but accurate. **What do you dislike about The Booking Tool?** The price is a little high for a beginning service provider, but will not be an issue once business gets going. **Recommendations to others considering The Booking Tool:** This tool is very accurate and easy to use, and you will be able to schedule rides quickly. Make sure you are ready for the increase is customers! **What problems is The Booking Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are adding twice the number of customers to our business a month with the booking tool.
