Previously we used Excel to track status of returns and to allocate the workflow. It was tedious to keep updated and everyone handled updates slightly differently. TaxFlow allows for assignment of not only the return/project but tasks within the return with just a click. Everything is now streamlined, easier to use, and keeps us on the same page!! **What do you dislike about TaxFlow?** The filters can be a little tricky depending on the setup of your database but TaxFlow support has been great to help us with workarounds when filters do not give us exactly what we are looking for. **What problems is TaxFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workflow assignment and tracking. ### 2. It helped us keep better track of tax returns so that our tax season could run much more smoothly. We also really liked how responsive they are when there are questions. The team at TaxFlow also made setup a breeze. **What do you dislike about TaxFlow?** I can't think of anything we disliked about TaxFlow. **What problems is TaxFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** TaxFlow helps us to keep better track of our tax returns and where they are at. We are very glad that we have made the switch to TaxFlow. It is easy to use, easy to customize for how our firm operates, handles all of the important things needed for tracking, and is always being improved. What once took numerous clicks, entries & minutes is now completed in seconds with just a few clicks. And we even saved some money in the end. Great - and much needed - product! **What do you dislike about TaxFlow?** TaxFlow worked very well for us from the beginning and has only been improved since. The user interface was simple and intuitive and had almost no learning curve. **What do you dislike about TaxFlow?** No major flaws for this tool, our team needed a simple tool to help track our tax work and this solved that issue. **What problems is TaxFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tax flow is solving our CRM issues, we are a relatively small firm and it’s allowed us to keep track of our engagements with enough detail to understand roadblocks and next steps. ### 6.
