**What do you like best about TaxFlow?**

TaxFlow streamlines our ability to manage our workflow for tax returns and more! Previously we used Excel to track the status of returns and to allocate the workflow. It was tedious to keep updated and everyone handled updates slightly differently. TaxFlow allows for the assignment of not only the return/project but tasks within the return with just a click. Everything is now streamlined, easier to use, and keeps us on the same page!!

**What do you dislike about TaxFlow?**

The filters can be a little tricky depending on the setup of your database but TaxFlow support has been great to help us with workarounds when filters do not give us exactly what we are looking for.

**What problems is TaxFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow assignment and tracking.

**What do you like best about TaxFlow?**

TaxFlow is easy to use and required very little training. It helped us keep better track of tax returns so that our tax season could run much more smoothly. We also really liked how responsive they are when there are questions. The team at TaxFlow also made setup a breeze.

**What do you dislike about TaxFlow?**

I can't think of anything we disliked about TaxFlow.

**What problems is TaxFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TaxFlow helps us to keep better track of our tax returns and where they are at. It also allows us to have an idea of how many more tax returns need to be done by certain due dates.

**What do you like best about TaxFlow?**

We are a small firm that was using CCH's Workstream for our tax project tracking, which was tedious, unintuitive and very slow. We are very glad that we have made the switch to TaxFlow. It is easy to use, easy to customize for how our firm operates, handles all of the important things needed for tracking, and is always being improved. What once took numerous clicks, entries & minutes is now completed in seconds with just a few clicks. And we even saved some money in the end. Great - and much needed - product!

**What do you dislike about TaxFlow?**

TaxFlow worked very well for us from the beginning and has only been improved since. No complaints.

**What problems is TaxFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TaxFlow has greatly simplified our tax project tracking. We are saving both time and money.

**What do you like best about TaxFlow?**

TaxFlow has been a great asset in our preparation process. TaxFlow helps us stay organized throughout the entire preparation process. We love how user-friendly it is.

**What do you dislike about TaxFlow?**

We really don't have anything bad to say

**What problems is TaxFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TaxFlow helps keep our process organized even when we are dealing with 300 tax returns. Making sure we can stay organized on where each return is at in our process is crucial to our firm.

**What do you like best about TaxFlow?**

This tool was incredibly helpful to manage our tax workflows throughout the engagement lifecycle especially allowing us to stay on top of high priority clients while minimizing slippage. The user interface was simple and intuitive and had almost no learning curve.

**What do you dislike about TaxFlow?**

No major flaws for this tool, our team needed a simple tool to help track our tax work and this solved that issue.

**What problems is TaxFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tax flow is solving our CRM issues, we are a relatively small firm and it’s allowed us to keep track of our engagements with enough detail to understand roadblocks and next steps.
