TaxFlow streamlines our ability to manage our work flow for tax returns and more! Previously we used Excel to track status of returns and to allocate the workflow. It was tedious to keep updated and everyone handled updates slightly differently. TaxFlow allows for assignment of not only the return/project but tasks within the return with just a click. We are a small firm that was using CCH's Workstream for our tax project tracking, which was tedious, unintuitive and very slow. We are very glad that we have made the switch to TaxFlow. It is easy to use, easy to customize for how our firm operates, handles all of the important things needed for tracking, and is always being improved. What once took numerous clicks, entries & minutes is now completed in seconds with just a few clicks. And we even saved some money in the end. Great - and much needed - product!
