The website is less user friendly making it difficult to find what I need. The products provided by Tatem are of poor quality and design. **What do you dislike about Tatem?** One aspect that hampers the experience with Tatem is their lack of communication and unresponsive customer service. Their range of services is limited which restricts the flexibility and personalization that customers typically seek in offerings. **What problems is Tatem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their pricing structure lacks transparency resulting in costs and dissatisfaction. We spent extra time just aligning and collaborating on projects. There wasn’t much visibility into what teammates were working on, and a lot of effort was just tracking down the work that had been done. We tried other project management software, but without much success. Tatem was a game-changer! We went from spending 20% of our time just managing projects to being able to reallocate that time to work itself. With Tatem, we work faster, more efficiently, and more collaboratively. Now, I never have to ask what the status of a project is, get more info on the task my boss assigned me, or hold separate zoom calls to explain something to our engineers. I’ve literally eliminated hours off my week, and I couldn’t be happier. **What do you dislike about Tatem?** In my role as a designer, it’d be great to have thumbnail images in task attachments. This is minor though. **What problems is Tatem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tatem helps me work more efficiently. It 1) gives me time back in my day by minimizing the time previously spent managing tasks, and 2) it helps me get my existing work done faster. ### 3. You can access everything at once from a simple grid or list view, comment on tasks with collaborators, view real-time updates, categorize actions with custom tags, and more. Tatem also implements keyboard shortcuts for every interaction, which helps users to navigate as quickly as possible. The benefits exist on and off the platform — you are quick while moving inside the tool, so you can be more productive while working outside of it. Think the Superhuman of project management. **What do you dislike about Tatem?** I appreciate the simplicity but think that the platform could benefit from additional integrations (e.g., pulling meetings from Outlook into a sidebar) -- just a personal preference. **What problems is Tatem solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform is straightforward, and its overall design optimizes for speed and efficiency. While most project management tools have become clunky, complicated and just difficult to use — Tatem is clean, streamlined and doesn’t incorporate unnecessary niche features that clutter the screen. And from a design POV, it’s pretty — which is important for something you have to look at every day. ### 4. Finding a software that enables me to do that for myself plus my clients has been challenging, so I was thrilled to find Tatem! I can easily create client projects, adjust user permissions, and assign tasks for my clients in order to progress a project. Tatem helps me stay organized, collaborate seamlessly with clients and have a great workspace. Absolutely love it and would totally recommend Tatem to other designers / freelancers / business owners. **What do you dislike about Tatem?** It would be really helpful to see thumbnail images for attachments, to preview design files + images. Plus, adding new collaborators/projects/etc directly inside a task. **What problems is Tatem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Little friction to get started organizing my tasks with various clients. ### 5. I’ve loved being able to create multiple projects to manage each individual deal, and then add specific colleagues to each deal. The user permissions are great, and on the whole, it’s worked really well for me and my team. I like not having to go outside Tatem to manage projects. **What do you dislike about Tatem?** More integrations, like slack would be great. **What problems is Tatem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization is key for our team, and Tatem helps us do that really well. So far, I’m loving how seamless the process is to collaborate and manage work ### 6.
