**What do you like best about TASKE Contact?**

Very easy to use and customizable. It allows me to monitor my teams. It's desktop plugins also gives the agents visibility one click away

**What do you dislike about TASKE Contact?**

Great! Nothing to dislike so far, great!

**What problems is TASKE Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Day to day call center monitoring and reporting for workforce management.

**What do you like best about TASKE Contact?**

It allows us in the phone queue to keep track of each other (I. E. time in queue and away on breaks) to provide seamless customer care.

**What do you dislike about TASKE Contact?**

It's very buggy. Often it shuts down in the morning, for unscheduled maintenence. It's most inconvenient.

**Recommendations to others considering TASKE Contact:**

Try it and see if it works for you.

**What problems is TASKE Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As noted above, it helps our large employee pool an opportunity to keep an eye on coverage, so that every customer needing assistance can get it in a timely manner, without needing to wait.

you can view live call activities - for example, you can see how many agents are currently busy/idle, and how many calls are abandoned etc.

**What do you dislike about TASKE Contact?**

It's difficult to download data and verify the accuracy of the data

**Recommendations to others considering TASKE Contact:**

If you are looking for digging deep into your call center data, you may want to consider other alternatives. Taske is not a satisfying tool for businesses like transparency. However, if you have a strong IT team who can manage the set-ups and can efficiently make changes, this tool can be helpful.

Used it to analyze call center activities and you can use it to get a general idea of the trends
