I had one tiny hiccup with my subscription here recently. I was using the free version of the app, and I decided to give the upgrade a try, so I signed up for the 14-day free trial. I canceled my trial before the end, but they attempted to bill me anyway. I messaged support and told them about the issue and that they were continuing to try to charge me every few days, even though it showed that I was on the free plan. It wouldn't let me cancel in the app, so they fixed the problem. BUT, it doesn't stop there! They gave me a free upgrade to the Unlimited plan for an entire year. I was personally lost to find out how the billing works and how we can find all information related to invoices. Another thing is the number of integrations. I can create multiple workspaces, and each workspace can have multiple sub-workspaces in any way I wish. The mobile and desktop apps for Android are solid and stable. In addition, I would love to have automation integrations such as Zapier and the alternatives also. It is definitely very flexible and allows us to look at tasks in a variety of manners. **What do you dislike about Taskade?** My only complaint is that this tool can be quite expensive. It definitely adds up when you have a lot of users. Other than that, I do not have any complaints. **What problems is Taskade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to keep track of tasks, create notes, etc. Overall task management and some project management. ### 27. It has to-do list functionality but allows everyone to see and collaborate. It does not add extra functionality that may confuse things or make the product harder to use. **What do you dislike about Taskade?** Though the lack of functionality is what makes this tool simple, I think it could have a few additional features that would allow us to manage notifications and recurring tasks. **What problems is Taskade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing our tasks and making sure they get complete as a team. ### 28. It has a calendar that allows you to schedule your tasks, so we will not forget to do any of our tasks. You can invite your contacts to the workspace groups through an invitation link or email. **What do you dislike about Taskade?** I have no negative opinion at the moment, however, Taskade is not well known. **Recommendations to others considering Taskade:** If you have not yet used Taskade, I invite you to use this tool, whether for personal or work use, it will be a very useful tool, it will help you better organize your ideas and tasks, all in one tool. **What problems is Taskade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taskade is a very useful tool, it allows me to organize and schedule all my tasks. Through the workspace groups I can share these ideas or tasks with all the members of the group, it is a very useful tool. ### 29. I just gave it a try for fun, but we are now migriting to it -- the whole team. **What do you dislike about Taskade?** Design is perhaps the only weak point there. It definitely needs some upgrade. Also, as they scale up they should consider enhancing customer support, but not that it is critical at this point. **Recommendations to others considering Taskade:** Instead of using several products to each activity (scheduling, note-taking, etc) switch to Taskade, it unifies everything in one! **What problems is Taskade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taskade unifies everything! There is no need to look for other products as everything is in one place. People are just wasting too much time switching from one to another product and figuring out who is using what. Maybe a small one in the orientation.
