An amazing list of features. As a SaaS entrepreneur I know this can kill adoption, but they are done an amazing CX/UX job at making it digestable.

Great tool to keep on top of tasks but the possibilities seems almost endless. Great value for money.

As an introduction - Taskade is a highly efficient web-based and mobile application that's designed to increase productivity, foster collaboration, and streamline task management. The app comes loaded with a broad range of features such as note-taking tools, project management abilities, and to-do list creation which make it easy for users to get organized.

Simplicity - The stripped-down interface of Taskade is one of its most impressive attributes. The platform's straightforward design ensures that even non-tech-savvy individuals are comfortable navigating it. With just a few clicks, the app allows users to create tasks, set deadlines and assign them to team members with ease.

Collaboration - But there's more - the collaborative capabilities of Taskade set it apart from other apps in its category. It enables team members to share tasks and projects, make CALLS and VIDEO meetings in the app itself — leading to better coordination, quicker results and improved output. Users can also comment on tasks, attach files or inputs in real-time; thereby making Taskade an ideal tool for remote teams/freelancers.

Templates - Getting started is probably the hardest when using these types of app. In Taskade, they offer several pre-built templates such as meeting agendas, project plans and daily lists that fit a user’s various requirements. This feature may be useful for novice users or those seeking some assistance getting started.

What could be better/improved:

Taskade is a useful task management and collaboration tool, although it does have some limitations compared to Notion. Here are the areas where I believe Taskade falls short (especially against Notion):

1. First, while Taskade offers customizable templates, it's not as flexible or customizable as Notion. Notion allows users to create custom databases, tables, and pages to meet their specific needs.

2. Second, Taskade only integrates with a few tools while Notion integrates with over 50 popular tools such as Google Drive and Slack.

3. Third, while Taskade is great for managing tasks and to-do lists, it doesn't offer the same level of project management features that Notion does. Lastly, Notion offers more formatting options than Taskade like adding images and videos and creating complex tables.

All of which I think the developer knew about this, as I have shared this with them, I think it will be implemented sooner or later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Taskade solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a software developer and tech agency owner, I require a tool that helps me manage my tasks, stay organized, and collaborate effectively with my team. Taskade checks all the boxes by addressing various problems I encounter in my daily work life.

1) Task management becomes efficient as I can create to-do lists, assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, and track progress in one place. It saves me time while helping me remain on top of tasks.

2) Organizing tasks is effortless with Taskade's minimalist design and easy-to-use interface. Quickly creating new tasks, organizing them by category or project is not burdensome anymore as it displays all my duties in an arranged yet concise manner.

3) Collaboration made easier as Taskade allows sharing of duties with other members of my team. I can leave comments for better communication and work together in real-time from anywhere which proves helpful to remote teams and freelancers.

4) Customizing Taskade to meet your specific needs is also possible due to its range of customizable templates available. The app's interface can be customized making it adaptable for different projects, making it a versatile tool for my work.

5) Accessibility is never an issue with Taskade being accessible on multiple platforms including web, mobile and desktop which makes accessing my duties seamless anywhere.

In conclusion, Taskade addresses several problems encountered in my work life as a software developer and as a tech agency owner by providing valuable solutions to task management issues while increasing efficiency through organization abilities while the feature-rich application helps collaborations flow smoothly by sharing duties more easily along with options to customize templates are especially useful.

What doesn't it solve? I've noticed that it has enhanced my social presence by the AI assistant helping gain confidence in my writing abilities and structure. I especially like the possibility of nesting tasks. For example, task 1 is one level above task 2 and I can hide task 2 so everything is more organized.

My experience with the Team Video Call feature left me feeling underwhelmed. Unfortunately, my partner and I were unable to see or hear each other during our call, despite both of us having enabled our microphones and cameras.

Taskade has become an indispensable tool for me as I navigate the countless online meetings I attend daily. Not only do I use it to take personal notes during these meetings, but I also rely on it as a powerful to-do list to keep me on track.

But that's not all! Taskade has also become my go-to writing app, allowing me to capture my ideas seamlessly across all my devices and develop them into fully-fledged writing and video projects.
