**What do you like best about Tars Prime?**

Apart from that, I enjoyed using Tars Prime since it is easy to use compared to most software that comes with complex interfaces. I do not have any background in computer technology, but with this software I had no need for further education and training regarding the use of the software. Second, due to its extended list of functionalities, it has been possible to work simultaneously with other applications.

**What do you dislike about Tars Prime?**

On the other hand, what I would consider to be my least favorite is that at times the platform is just a little slow especially whenever there is a huge volume of users. Nevertheless, such a problem is small in comparison and has been easily solved due to the help of Tars Prime customer care.

**What problems is Tars Prime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talking about customer service, I have to note that the Tars Prime technical support is rather useful. They are always ready to answer all the questions and to contribute to resolution of all the arising problems which, indeed, allowed us to eliminate all the challenges as fast as possible. That is why we can conclude that Tars Prime was a great acquisition for our company. This software has made it possible for us to increase our efficiency, refine our operations and find solutions in a rather effective manner.
