The design of the user interface is visually appealing and difficult to navigate. The range of features and customization options are limited. The ability to synchronize my data across devices is not convenient. **What do you dislike about Tapt?** Tapt lacks the options, for personalization, which limit a tailored experience. The limited features and inflexible interface hinder user creativity. Make it difficult to meet needs. The customer support response time is slow leading to delays in resolving any issues that arise. **What problems is Tapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tapt is not capable to solve the problems of managing employee attendance. With its interface and precise tracking system it has not improved our business operations. This process is too much time taking. ### 2. The progress monitoring feature needs to helps me stay accountable and focused on my fitness goals. There is also no way of ensuring that they are able to enter your details. Tapt solves this problem making the process totally paperless as well. ### 5. Maybe have a backup. The tech works really well and those who I use the card with are really impressed.
