**What do you like best about TAMI?**

The search part is really good in Tami. You can filter and find new leads real easy. The user experience of the tooling is next tot that really clear. For example it's easy to find which technologies and partner they use

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

The turnover statics are not always correct, so I would recommened to also look at other statics when you qualify your lead. I can not always find the right contact person I want to reach out to, so I would also recommoned to check LinkedIn to dubble check this.

**What problems is TAMI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to find new leads I can reach out to and qualify them. To find new needs I want to filter on some business characteristics. Next to that I need to find out who is the right person to reach out to and hopefully TAMI can help me with the right contact details/.

**What do you like best about TAMI?**

It is very intuitive and easy to use with a good selection of possible customer information. For us only e-commerce shops are relevant and I love that it is possible to force that as a criterium in the filter system. Also the lokation and size are very important selections for us to see, if its relevant for me to go after. A huge plus is also that I‘m even able to select the thechnologie behind the website which makes it even easier for me to hount customers based on different shopsystems. This makes it a lot easier to use than other providers that we have used.

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

Actually I have not recognized anything yet to dislike about the provider and the search function, it very much reaches my requirements and makes my daily work easier.

**What problems is TAMI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tami is providing me an easy tool to find new leads based on a lot of possible filter functions that makes it even easier for me to find exacly the customers that I want to go after.

**What do you like best about TAMI?**

1.) Many filter options to identify smaller niche companies in online retail industry. 
2.) Bounce rate close to advertised.

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

1.)  While generally easy to navigate, there are many exceptions to the rule and workarounds that require explaining by customer service. 
2.) Company names in exports are way to extensive and need to be shortened in order to create a personalized sounding mailing.
3.) Company lists include many companies that should not appear in respective filter (e.g. golf news website in list of payment service providers)

**What problems is TAMI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying companies and contacts in industries relating to e-commerce, e.g. software services, logsitics, payment providers, etc. can be difficult as they are usually not marked as companies directly related to the field of e-commerce because they are not merchants/retailers. TAMI's focus on retail eliminates this problem.

**What do you like best about TAMI?**

Having only recently started to use TAMI it was very simple to learn & implement to Salesforce. TAMI allows us to create extensive lists for the sales teams efficiently. 

Customer service & support from Owen has been great. He is always on hand to respond to any queries. 

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

We have had feedback from sales reps that prospect & account information in smaller accounts could be more accurate.

It would be good to show which accounts/prospects are already in our Salesforce.

**What problems is TAMI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TAMI allows us to create extensive lists of leads for sales reps efficiently. Allowing reps to be more productive & generate more sales accepted leads. Whilst ensuring a manageable workload for the sales data team.

the way you can find prospects and the filters are really good, and the persons you can find, so I really like to have all the filters, and the information that we can found about the merchant

Maybe the its necessary to have a Manual where you can ask to do some things, like the email verification and the actual status of the persons in the company , thats really important because we need to acces to linked in if its correct the actual

**What problems is TAMI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

to look for more merchants that i didnt know, and this help me a lot to know about merchants in other counties, so its amazing to have this information, with the people who work there

TAMI team is absolutely great, I have the chance to collaborate with Owen and he was fast responding our queries as well as very kind trying to understand our needs and support us during our testing phase. He even did a demo to ensure we were utilising the tool propperly

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

What I would improve about TAMI is that is not a clear and easy self prospection tool. It works well if you have your own lists but not if you want to build a lead gen tool from scratch. Also the data that I was looking for was not easy to find through this tool since it was very niche

I was trying to find a lead generation tool to self prospect and allow my teams to build list of XXXXX EMEA wide. Being able to get rich data will allow us to be more strategic and efficient in our future outbound approach

**What do you like best about TAMI?**

TAMI is a great lead tooling that gives us more insights about a specific lead such as name, role and e-mail. It's also a great tool to generate new leads and create a list that you can easily connect with a CRM like Salesforce. 

Within our company we have used different lead tooling systems but still TAMI is giving us new leads and new insights. Very happy with TAMI, happy hunting again!

Sometimes TAMi is giving incorrect data and insights. It doesn't happen often, fortunately, but I've had someone on the phone who was long gone from the company.

**What problems is TAMI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TAMI is an easy to use lead tool that gives our sales team new leads. Within a competitive market it is hard to find good qualified leads and with TAMI you can set multiple search options to find great leads.

Sometimes some company informations are missing or email can be uncorrect, same for the phone number of company. However, the Linkedin link of prospect is always the good one.

TAMI is helping us going direct on market and leads analysis by searching company and profile from different sector we target. It's a very good alternative to Sales Navigator

The best part for me is to be able to sync my salesforce and tami together in order for me to export the contact into my pipeline.

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

after a period of inactivity i get logged out and have to re load the browser in order to get back in. then when i go back to the history to re load my previous search, it takes me to page one instead of the last page that i was on. for example page 18. If it would know that i was at that page and would re direct me back to it that would be better. but its still no biggie.

**What problems is TAMI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its helping me to discover new business and new prospects to engage with which is a key part of my role. Im much more productive with Tami in sourcing new leads and opportunities.

Tami is incredibly powerful when it comes to segmenting the market in the best way possible, with multiple criteria that help us to design our sweet spot within minutes.

I don't see any downside, however, some advanced trainings might be a good idea to make sure we make the most of it

As I'm responsible for the Belgian market and our company already has a big market share in the domain of online payments, we couldn't find a lot of new leads anymore using the existing tools. 

With TAMI, within 2 days, I found more than 40 new leads of companies I've never heard of before. 
A real eye-opener!

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

Sometimes, the emails from the leads are not correct, but then we crosscheck with LinkedIn and Hunter to look for the correct decision makers and corrrect emails.

Finding new companies and leads. 
So far, the results are tremendous.

Most useful thing about Tami is that it has helped in lead gen, specifically up to date information on leads that we can proactively engage. The chrome extension along with the continous monitoring of new job roles moving have been extremely helpful

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

Software can be a little clunky and if idle for more than 10 mins it logs you out.

**What problems is TAMI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proving us with up to date leads and the relevent contacts to reach out to. Making it clear which information is more likely to succeed reduces our bounce rates which is extremely important.

- Data is somewhat messy at points, a lot of multi-select/freetext values are used. Could be improved by standardising certain fields

TAMI is helping solve issues with us exhausting leads pulled from other sources by it having it's own set of data. The integration with our crm has assisted with this process really well.

TAMI give us access to rich customer data, verified and reliable, to maximise the chance of successfully reaching our target customers. Our teams like the prebuilt integrations with major CRM platforms and the excellent support we receive from the TAMI team.

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

We don't have many issues with TAMI at this stage. Certain UX areas could be a little more user-friendly, but these don't impact the value we get from the platform.

TAMI gives us access to many potential leads that fit our ICP. The rich lead data allows us to target effectively. These lead lists would be difficult to replicate manually.

What I like the most about Tami is that I can have an overview of the company I'm targeting, plus all the leads information: name, last name, email, and job title.
Then if your company has salesforce, you can buy the lead, and it directly goes into your salesforce without doing anything.

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

What I dislike about Tami is that sometimes the emails are not verified, or sometimes they don't have the email. It usually happens for companies outside the UK/USA.

**What problems is TAMI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I'm working on the sales team, I need to get the most information possible of the accounts/leads. So for sure, Tami is helping me in that way. Also when I want to target someone, I need his email. Usually, it's not easy to get that information if you don't have a tool that helps you.

A bit of manual effort for the user to sift through the list to disqualify accounts. Filters could be a little more accurate.

TAMI is a user friednly and intuitive database which allows us to access not only company but also relevant contact data. TAMI team is also very flexible in accomodating requests.

We have a peculiar business so it is difficult to have a full mapping of information from business such as the warehouse postcodes.

Through TAMI we are able to find valuable insights for the targeted companies fast and accurately. It is a great tool for sales teams looking to increase their revenue.

Sometimes the emails are not verified and we have to double-check them in Zoominfo.

Versatility - you can look deep into a specific geographical area you wish to target or a particular market. Great if you are visiting a client in an unfamiliar area, to look at other potential clients close by. You don't have to waste your time with gatekeepers; you can find contact details of specific people to help focus your time.

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

Sometimes, the email algorithm isn't correct, meaning some email bounce back.

**What problems is TAMI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you want to search for a specific company that they do not have the details for, they will email you once this has been added (with a fast turnaround)

Sometimes the contacts are not updated and I also had some issue with importing and exporting contacts into my CRM. Apart from that, it is a great option for Business Development

Some data are not up to date. Sometimes, you have to double-check with Linkedin or with another tool that allows you to find the good email. The links to linkedin are occasionally empty.

**What do you like best about TAMI?**

Compared to past experiences with Zoominfo I liked that TAMI allowed significant customization in the exported reports and access to all data in exports.  Compared to Zoominfo where without a direct CRM integration you are significantly limited in what information is exportable, which is hugely frustrating as we have paid for said data.

**What do you dislike about TAMI?**

Our two main frustrations were accuracy and support.  Re accuracy, it often felt like we were being provided contacts scraped directly from Linkedin, so we would get contacts who worked for companies with similar-sounding names but not the exact name of the company we were looking up.  Also, no matter how many times I set the location to "United States only" I would continue to get international contacts.  This would lead to having to spend time cleaning up the data before it was usable.  As a user from the US there was no real phone support for me, with my only support channel being email.   Sometimes it would take several days to get a response.  This lead to a lot of frustration for us at points.

We used TAMI to build actionable lead lists for ABM.
