I also really like the fact that you can prepare automated messages which can be send before and during the first weeks of the onboardees. **What do you dislike about Talentech?** You constantly need to update the platform which costs quite some time and effort. **What problems is Talentech solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us a lot in preparing everything before the first working day; onboardees are asked to already prepare necessary documents, managers are reminded to prepare everything regarding IT materials. Other than that the platform already helps with getting to know the organization which is very useful. ### 3. Considering that most HR people who use it are not very tech savy, this a great aspect. Apart from this, the onboardees feel welcome and understand quickly that time was spent in having them integrated faster to the company. As a result, they can achieve greater results in a shorter period of time (when compared to companies that don't use the tool). Apart from this, when there are issues, customer support is extremely responsive, emphatic and helpful. **What do you dislike about Talentech?** I can't think of any things that I dislike about Talmundo. **What problems is Talentech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onboardees feel welcome and understand quickly that time was spent in having them integrated faster to the company. You'll be trained so you can manage everything on your own, but if you need help their CS and support team are always available to jump on a call and help out. **What do you dislike about Talentech?** I don't have any big dislikes, but if I have to suggest one possible improvement it's maybe that they could do more with all the data that's gathered in their reporting and statistics area. **What problems is Talentech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talmundo creates a unified experience for all our new hires, regardless of where they start, while at the same time still giving a personal touch to each new hire's journey. It's nice to know everyone's getting the same information, and it does save us a lot of time since it automates several processes that we used to do manually. We also have a much better view on potential problem areas in the organisation through the feedback surveys we've set up in the app. ### 7. A great benefit to already get information across to new hires but also to gather their personal information. It was really easy from a front and back-end perspective to use Talmundo which made it a smooth transition into the organisation. During the implementation process, the team of Talmundo supported extremely well - and thought together with us to implement the tool and new process. **What do you dislike about Talentech?** Due to the size and complexity the organisation had, it was not easy at first to differentiate based on business unit or type of work/contract. However, Talmundo helped us and thought with us and we got the best result possible. **What problems is Talentech solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Engagement between the moment the candidate signs the contract and the (often long awaited) start date of the candidate - Make the onboarding process paperless & easier to track - Share content in an engaging and playful way ### 8. We needed a customized new hire onboarding tool for our new hires that would be personal and welcoming to the company and provide an exceptional experience. We searched for various tools until we found Talmundo. I loved how we could customize the colors and add our conent. It really made a difference in wowing our newhires and onbariding them. Teh dedicted implemtations specialist was super helpful and available at every moment to answer my questions. **What do you dislike about Talentech?** It would be helpful if more color backgroudns could be added to the tool. Making modifications to each onboarding module (content, surveys, forms, e-mail templates, reporting) was easy and you could always assess the impact. Troubleshooting via the email/interface logging or audit feature was very efficient and I always had a great collaboration with all Talmundo employees. Onboardees really liked the modern looking webpage, which is also mobile friendly. **What do you dislike about Talentech?** Personally I think our way of working related to changes (patches & releases) and incidents (e.g. API bugs) could have been better. If we would have had a quality assurance environment with – from time to time - a copy down from our production environment, we could have avoided issues and the accompanying testing and communication. **What problems is Talentech solving and how is that benefiting you?** An automated onboarding process with e-mail triggers & forms. ### 12. There are of course always thing to improve but their support & IT team is great and open to any feedback and ideas. **What problems is Talentech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talmundo is helping us to get our new hires faster on board, guide them through 30/60/90 days of onboarding process and help us to keep all related tasks at one place - from tasks for new hire, to notifications to assigned Buddy, Manager, HR and other stakeholders.
