I find TallyPrime to be a complete ERP solution that's incredibly easy to access. It manages all accounting tasks smoothly, and I really value its ability to review, analyze, and implement all accounting and tax inputs and outputs. I use TallyPrime for maintaining books of accounts in our organization and appreciate how it maintains accounting data in an easy-to-read format. It's lightweight on PC resources, and I like that it supports legacy OS like Windows 7, making it possible to install on older machines. The improved UI enhances the speed of tasks, while the customizable settings, like enabling or disabling the view of item descriptions in invoices or GST details, add value to the experience. I use TallyPrime because it makes managing my daily business work much easier and faster. It helps me keep track of all my money coming in and going out, and it handles all the GST and tax stuff without any confusion. Instead of getting lost in paperwork, I can just search for what I need and get clear reports on how my business is doing instantly. I love how fast and simple it is to find information with the 'Go To' search bar; I just type what I need, and the report appears instantly, saving me time. TallyPrime turns a complicated task into a quick search, keeping me from feeling overwhelmed by paperwork. Also, setting it up was very simple and quick. The software is designed to be user-friendly, so we got it running without any expert technical help, making it a very smooth start. To be honest, there isn't much to complain about, but I do run into the occasional small bug or glitch that can be annoying. Sometimes the software slows down or 'hangs' for a second when I'm processing a lot of data at once, or a screen might freeze, requiring a quick restart. I like the interlinked modules in TallyPrime because I don't need to make changes at 10 different places. I change things at one place, and it gets reflected everywhere. The reports are easily generated, and because all modules talk to each other, once data is entered, it automatically updates across inventory, accounting, taxation, and banking. While TallyPrime is strong on core accounting, certain workflows like advanced analytics, forecasting and collaboration feel limited. Customization sometimes requires external support and UI navigation could be more intuitive for new users. Also, reporting could be more dynamic and visual. Enhanced integrations with banking and third-party tools would also add value. The basics were easy to configure and use, but a bit of guidance was needed for tax and reporting settings. Inventory and payroll setup also requires some in-depth understanding. I will give a rating of 6 because I feel workflows and setups can be a bit easy. Also, UI UX can be better.
