I was lucky enough to stumble on Talentway. Here was a site that was aimed towards CSMs and actually cared about what kind of job I wanted - location, salary, field. By pulling a handful of new jobs each day that matched those preferences, I was able to have realistic achievable goals. I felt in control of the process instead of feeling like I was drowning in LinkedIn posts. **What do you dislike about Talentway?** The free version limits the amount of job posts you can see per day...which may be a blessing in disguise if you're getting burned out of the job hunt like I was. At the time of my job search, there weren't a lot of automations involved to help with the actual application side; however, since it takes you to the actual job posting, I was still able to use other tools for this. **What problems is Talentway solving and how is that benefiting you?** The job market is a marathon for job seekers right now, especially in competitive spaces like CSM. Talentway uses your job preferences - location, salary, and field - to make applying more strategic. It shows you new positions every day, the percentage it matches your preferences, and gives you the option of applying. Plus, Talentway introduced me to new CSM roles that I didn't realize existed! ### 2. I've used many and Talentway is by far the most up to date site for advertised jobs. Many others list jobs that are out of date or closed. It has been a rare occasion when this has happened on TW. I also find that matching my search criteria is a lot closer than other job search sites too. Others give me job titles that sometimes have no resemblance to the jobs i'm looking for. Access to the actual job page of the employer and not going to a 3rd party e.g. LinkedIn or Glassdoor or JobLeads etc, is really good so you know the job is actually still available. It's very easy to use. If have found jobs on TW that I have not seen on other search sites. I look at it daily ... well multiple times a day as I get multiple updates as more jobs are advertised and found. I like that I can choose how often i want emails. **What do you dislike about Talentway?** Probably page layout is my only bugbear. It requires a little bit of scrolling but it's not terrible. The feature to tailor your resume for the selected job, while it looks handy, is a little confusingly worded at times. **What problems is Talentway solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving my job search for sure. Like i said, other sites are more often than not out of date or old in their jobs advertised. I feel like i'm on the front line of jobs being advertised using TW. ### 3. After using TW for a few job applications, I went ahead and added these specific terms to my resume on linkedin.
