This is an awesome job search site. I've used many and Talentway is by far the most up to date site for advertised jobs. Many others list jobs that are out of date or closed. It has been a rare occasion when this has happened on TW. I also find that matching my search criteria is a lot closer than other job search sites too. Others give me job titles that sometimes have no resemblance to the jobs i'm looking for. Access to the actual job page of the employer and not going to a 3rd party e.g. LinkedIn or Glassdoor or JobLeads etc, is really good so you know the job is actually still available. It's very easy to use. If have found jobs on TW that I have not seen on other search sites. I look at it daily ... well multiple times a day as I get multiple updates as more jobs are advertised and found. I like that I can choose how often i want emails.
