The integration with job board sites such as ZipRecruiter, our company website, JobDiva internal posts, Indeed, etc. is really helpful. Basically, once I post a job requisition on Telent nurse, it appears simultaneously on many other job boards, so there’s a diverse pool of applicants coming in. On days like today; The application experiences downtime at times, and when I post jobs, the jobs and applicants can’t be displayed until the backend technical team for the Talent nurse app resolves the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One aspect I find lacking in TalentNest is its limited reporting and advanced customization features. This can make it more challenging to perform in-depth analytics or create highly tailored workflows, especially when compared to more enterprise-oriented ATS platforms.
