What I appreciate most about TalentNest is its straightforward design and efficient workflow. By centralizing candidate tracking, interview coordination, and team collaboration within a single, streamlined platform, it helps make the hiring process much more organized and saves time for both recruiters and hiring managers.

**What do you dislike about TalentNest?**

One aspect I find lacking in TalentNest is its limited reporting and advanced customization features. This can make it more challenging to perform in-depth analytics or create highly tailored workflows, especially when compared to more enterprise-oriented ATS platforms.

**What problems is TalentNest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TalentNest addresses the challenges of fragmented and manual hiring processes by bringing together candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and team collaboration within a single platform. For me, this has led to greater visibility throughout the hiring pipeline, less administrative work, and the ability to make hiring decisions more quickly and efficiently.

I appreciate TalentNest's intuitive interface that makes candidate tracking straightforward. The automated screening features save considerable time, and the collaborative tools help our hiring team stay aligned throughout the recruitment process.

No dislikes! TalentNest is very easy to use!

TalentNest solves the time-consuming chaos of recruitment by consolidating the entire hiring process into one platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools and manually posting to different job boards, it automates job distribution across 30+ sources including Indeed and LinkedIn, dramatically cutting down posting time. The platform boosts productivity by automating scheduling and email correspondence, eliminating the back-and-forth delays that typically slow hiring. Its intuitive applicant tracking system organizes all candidate information in one place, making it easy to quickly review resumes and make decisions without hunting through scattered files.

**What do you like best about TalentNest?**

I appreciate how simple it is to post jobs to multiple portals using the software, and how convenient it is to manage candidates for those jobs within the same platform. Additionally, Talent Nest offers access to data on candidates who have applied to previous job postings, allowing us to track and update their status directly through the portal.

**What do you dislike about TalentNest?**

There isn't anything I dislike about the portal. However, there are occasions when it takes a bit longer to retrieve the details of candidates who have applied.

**What problems is TalentNest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software makes it easier to connect with candidates who are genuinely interested in the job and have applied through different portals. By using it, I am able to identify candidates who are the right fit for the position.

The software has a cloud based human capital  management.
Ease in implementation.
Excellent customer care and support services.
Easy assigning of teams to key objectives.

The software is up to standard I have not experienced notable flaws.

**What do you like best about TalentNest?**

There are many features available in the TalentNest software for managing the application tracking. I like the most are the features like various reporting capabilities, bulk actions, quick dashboards and assessments tools.

**What do you dislike about TalentNest?**

There is nothing to dislike about the TalentNest whole as a company or in the product software that they are offering for the application tracking and management. I would suggest to add more and more features to this software.

**What problems is TalentNest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TalentNest solves the problems for me like integrated assessments of the candidates and hence to make faster decisions to onboard any candidate. Also the quick dashboard allows us to favourite the candidate profiles and sort them as per our requirement. This increases our productivity.

**What do you like best about TalentNest?**

Talentnest is very easy to use for entire Talent Acquisition team. From creating requisitions, finding new and re-engaging old candidates, ability to quickly make email and sms templates and ability to email or text candidates to proceed in the hiring process.

**What do you dislike about TalentNest?**

There are no features of talentnest I dislike, any issues I've had are quickly resolved by their team.

Talentnest is helping us meet all of our hiring needs.
With the ideal integration it allows us to quickly see candidate grade. We can quickly search database for past candidates for outreach.

Very good application tracking software. It helps for the quick candidate sorting and easy manage of all applications for the HR department. Software loaded with very nice features.

Very good features available in the tool to carry out the work smoothly. Software can be kept updated as per market needs. Company on right path towards the software modifications.

TalentNest benefits me with the smooth candidate application tracking and sorting/filter them as per our priority. Also it comes with important dashboard. All these features improves productivity for me and my team.

**What do you like best about TalentNest?**

TalentNest is an excellent candidate tracking system, it allows you to manage the selection process of candidates for a job offer. Thanks to it, it is possible to have an overview of the entire hiring phase and record the applications of the applicants.

**What do you dislike about TalentNest?**

Something that covid-19 has shown is the importance of remote communications. Trading online is crucial for good recruiting software. Hiring is simplified and does not stop in the face of a wide range of difficulties. The candidate will get a constant update on the status of their profile.

TalentNest offers companies of all sizes a competitive advantage when it comes to recruiting talent. Each one is different, but they all share organizational needs. Efficiency is also important, especially when human talent management is at stake. With TalentNest it is possible to enhance this task, simplify it and take full advantage of a recruitment process. Trusting TalentNest that it is the right software.

Its usefulness lies in the fact that it allows you to manage the candidate selection process quickly and agilely. This ranges from the time the application arrives until the final hiring. The information of the different candidates is ordered based on a series of keywords and is stored.

I like Talentnest because it offers any user a wide range of resources to attract, interact, hire and retain the best talents. Organizations can create custom job boards and landing pages using custom logos, themes, and colors to post job openings internally or on various external platforms, including Indeed, Simply Hired, Glassdoor, and more.

It makes me analyze the profile of any employee (new hire) from different job portals by consolidating details of an employee at one place.
This makes it easier for the management of employee details and to review their activities.

**What do you dislike about TalentNest?**

Sometimes retrieving the profile of an employee is slower than expected and causes a delay in processing.

**What problems is TalentNest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We could possibly consolidate data of all the employees/ applicants and could easily recruit the deserving candidate by its own analytic tool. Also, its built-in assessment tool is the best for identifying the right candidate for the job and ultimately helps my organization to find the right fit.

I love how TalentNest is focused specifically on solving this problem I have around talent management. The years of experience shine through and make the software easy to use.

Sometimes the UI seems a little slow and clunky. Looks a little dated.
