**What do you like best about Talently?**

I appreciate Talently for helping us quickly find qualified fullstack developers for our consulting company, which saved us a lot of time compared to sourcing on our own. Their candidate vetting and matching process really stood out as they understood exactly what skills we needed and presented a developer who matched our requirements well. It's a good value for cost and a great culture fit for our team. I like that the developer integrated into our existing web stack smoothly, contributing to both frontend and backend work. Their speed and quality of candidates make a difference, letting us respond to client project needs without long hiring delays and improving the work we deliver to our clients. The developer is timely with deliverables and communicates well, which keeps our client projects moving forward smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Talently?**

The main thing we'd change is communication during the initial search - more frequent proactive updates on candidate sourcing progress would make the process feel even smoother.
