Our goal was to build critical capability quickly, without sacrificing quality, candidate experience, or cultural fit. Pierpoint brought strong recruiting expertise, structure, and credibility from day one. In less than 9 months, we scaled our India operations by over 150%. The challenge we have faced is not necessarily a reflection of Pierpoint International, but more of an RPO challenge overall. There can be a distance between Pierpoint and internal culture. Sometimes it takes extra effort to ensure recruiters fully understand our organization's nuances, work environment, etc. Communication and alignment can sometimes be complex because there are certain internal business decisions we may not want to share externally. Pierpoint is agile and has years of experience working with many different clients across numerous industries, so they can identify future needs in advance and know how to pivot for the best possible outcomes. The can quickly ramp up a project and augment staff when needed, too.

Consider working with Pierpoint as you would with a trusted partner. They genuinely prioritize your company's best interests. I recommend meeting with the project manager and team each week to discuss what is going well and to explore areas where you might adjust your approach for continued improvement, much like you would with your own internal team. I had to give this some thought, and honestly, the only suggestion I have is that it would be even better if they were larger and had a presence on every continent.
