They need to focus on marketing their product. **Recommendations to others considering Talention:** Request the demo to see if the product is a fit for you **What problems is Talention solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talention offers a different approach than LI Recruiter or SeekOut or Monster or any of the other boards. Even though the way they implement this is really outstanding , I tend to give this as suggestion as I really believe there are rooms to improve. **What problems is Talention solving and how is that benefiting you?** I prefer Talention as a bargaining tool to deal with my professional competitors to get the best recruits thus ensuring our chance to do well in different projects ahead of our rivals.
