The unified systems approach keeps our workflow aligned across departments and teams—from sourcing and recruiting, to hiring and generating pay packages, and then through credentialing, onboarding, compliance, and worker communications—all within a single platform.

Before migrating to Talent Pathway, our communications and tracking were scattered across multiple tools, which made it harder to stay coordinated. Now, having those processes consolidated in one platform has made a noticeable difference. The platform also offers integrations with other tools, and those offerings can continue to evolve and expand over time.

Talent pathway is lightening fast.  It provides the information that I need to stay organized and manage the delivery function for our clients. The dashboard customization enables our customer service team to easily view onboarding tasks and status. Our compliance team can customize their view to easily confirm upcoming tasks to ensure success.   Recruiters can use the AI assistant to quickly search and sort candidates which allows us to respond quickly to client opportunities.

The reporting features are good but we need more robust functionality.

The platform is evolving everyday and new features are getting released on time basis. Haven't had any major red flags so far

It is solving the problem of capturing applications from LinkedIn and career page. AI sourcing for different levels of requirements. A complete track of all the candidate submissions and their interview stage details from time to time
